Needs to be rinsed before adding!!

I didn't see on the package where it needed to be rinsed. Therefore, once added I had to drain my tank after 24 hours. 2 days later it was not foggy anymore. It

Horrible shipping. Damaged soggy box.

Product itself seems fine other than sand all over inside the box and tracked all throughout the house. My entire box came soggy and soaked as tho it sat in a puddle

The most worst experience

I had ordered two 20 lbs bags of black sand and I was excited to have it on time, but as I opened the box, I found one bag was leaking and all the black sand particles
