It works well and is cheaper than the ointment Optimmune. My complaint with both products is the amount you receive is so little for the price we pay. $51.00 for 10ml of solution is crazy. Barely lasts a month. Need to lower prices considering it's something that has to be used every day forever.

My vet called in cyclosporine drops. The bottle was half empty and the expiration date was 4-1/2 months. Called the pharmacist and she said it should be more like 2/3 of the way full and it wasn’t anywhere near that so because of that and the ridiculously short expiration with the, she credited back some money. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with Chewy and medication.

This is the same product we get from the vet, but half the price. Maybel is blind from an attack and has one eye still intact, but no vision, we must give her the eyedrops twice a day. Thank you for making it so easy to order, speaking to your vets was a pleasure they made transition a breeze. We also order her freeze dried food from you

It's always a hassle ordering them from his vet, then driving an hour away to the vet to pick up meds. Then if they forget to call me to tell me they won't be ready as scheduled, I've made the drive for nothing. Chewy is easy, convenient and I don't have to travel anywhere. They kept me updated from ordering, getting vet's approval, filling prescription, shipping to delivery. No worries

Quick Turnaround!

Chewy was able to reach our dog’s vet for a prescription, make a compounded drug and have it delivered within a 24-hour period. Well done!

Helpfulness of the pharmacy staff

Even though my vet doesn't work with Chewy for prescriptions, the staff made ordering very easy. Prescription was delivered quickly.

Might not be helping. ? To early to tell?

Bella’s eye is still producing thick green substance- I can’t say that it’s helping her unless it takes time??

Customer service. The ophthalmic solution was 2/3 + cheaper than my vet.

Because my Shih Tzu/bichon has dry eyes and is 12 years old. She will be taking this for the rest of her life. I plan on buying from Chewy as long as she needs
