Doesn't work most of the time

I mostly use this as a camera to spy on my puppies but the camera is usually "offline" for some reason. I have to unplug it to reset it and I don't usually know it's offline until I'm away from home. The treat dispenser is loud and scares my dogs so I don't use it.

This device works haphazardly.

The wifi does not stay connected on this device therefore, the camera nor the feeder functions as it should. When the device does connect to the wifi signal the camera fails to load. I am dissatisfied with this product and would like a refund or replacement.

Ridiculously expensive

Their monthly charges for the “advanced” features of the camera are ridiculous when they brand the additional features as “safety features” for your pet and home. If they really cared about your pet it wouldn’t be as expensive as it is

Never Worked!

I was SO excited to get this as a Christmas present. But, right away it looked like a returned gift with red stickers on the box. Spent 2 hours Christmas Morning setting it up, with the help of Google because the manual is horrible. Finally got it connected and the camera would never work, it would open and close immediately. You also cannot create a profile or pet profiles, errors right out. Chewy is sending us another & we're returning this one but so far, very disappointed.

entertaining-doggo loves it

i dont think i received a brand new one as there wasn't any protective clear stickers to take off and the sound quality is really bad, but it works for what i need it for anyways: video, talk, and treats! its entertaining to see that the treats are being dispensed! the setup was easy however it is always offline and it takes couple minutes to reconnect but it isn't broken, just slow.

Flaw in dispenser

On day two after receiving, my cat figured out he can push the dispenser back slightly and it automatically distributes treats without being initiated by me. Now I can't fill it otherwise he'll help himself to treats 24/7.

Easy to use for anyone!

So easy to set up and use! Bravo!! Finally I can go to work and know my dog is good to go!

Awesome and fun

We really were on the fence about making this purchase but once we decided to give it a try we were happy we did! This smart treat dispenser keeps our pooch entertained and rewarded while we are out and allows us to make sure all is good with the built in camera.

Just what I needed

I was looking for a feeder and ran across this novel item. The camera works as I hoped as I can see my pup on demand. He loves to hear my voice and knows a treat is coming soon. So far a great purchase with no issues.
