Thanksgiving Dinner DIY Dog Treat Recipe

• ½ cup canned pumpkin
• ½ of a medium-size sweet potato
• ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup of flour
• Cooking oil

• Medium-size mixing bowl
• Whisk
• Vegetable peeler
• Muffin tray

Yield: 12 muffins
Serving size: 1 muffin per dog

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Peel sweet potato and boil it.

3. Once potato is soft, mash it.

4. Combine pumpkin, mashed sweet potato, cinnamon and eggs in a medium-size bowl and whisk until smooth.

5. Add flour in thirds to the mixture and whisk until the batter reaches an even consistency.

6. Break apart about three dog treats into small pieces and add into the batter. Mix gently.

7. Lightly spray muffin pan with cooking oil.

8. Fill 12 molds with batter.

9. Bake for 15 minutes, or until ready.

10. Let cool before serving to your pooch. Store leftovers in the fridge.
