Perfect food for healthy cats

We've been feeding our cats diamond for years. There is a marked difference when we've been strapped for cash and had to switch to something cheaper! Their coats would loose their shine and they would begin shedding like crazy. As soon as we'd go back to diamond all of that would stop! Our kitties are shiny, healthy, fit and no hairballs! And they absolutely love it! We fed our dogs diamond as well, with the same results. Diamond is a wonderful brand and I feel like they really care about our little fur family!

Leaked all over my floor

I do not recommend this fountain and I will be returning. It leaked all over my floor and the water was no where near the max line allowed. I came home to my kitchen

I do not recommend this fountain and I will be returning. It leaked all over my floor and the water was no where near the max line allowed. I came home to my kitchen floor covered in a puddle of water. The tray I had this in was filled with water and overflowed. It makes a loud humming sound and there is no view finder for how high the water is, so you have to turn it off and remove the lid just to see the water level. The spout is too high and long to wear the water comes out so close to the edge, like half an inch to spare on either side. You can see in photos. Horrible design. Giving 2 stars only because it’s stainless steel.

Very quiet, cool night light and the cats love drinking from the spouts. I only took a star away because the manual says you should replace the filters EVERY WEEK!

Very quiet, cool night light and the cats love drinking from the spouts. I only took a star away because the manual says you should replace the filters EVERY WEEK! Not clean them, replace them. That is insane. So far we have been just cleaning them and it is still working great, hopefully we won't have any issues with the motor because of this. The filter does collect a lot of hair and food particles, but it seems to rinse off pretty well.

We all know cats that prefer the packaging more than the actual item, but my cat loved this water fountain as soon as I set it up. At first, she hesitantly approached it, but she loves running water, and before I knew it she was lapping up that water. My biggest issue with this fountain after one week is that I cannot find where I can get replacement filters. The only place in the manual where I could find anything was when it said to contact customer service for replacement filters. The problem with that is that there is no way to reach customer service according to the manual, no email address no phone number, no website, nothing. This is a nice water fountain, it is very quiet, my cat loves it, but I cannot possibly keep it running without filters. Huge drawback!

I tried putting this in every strategic place I could think of but he won't use it. He loves drinking from the faucet but had no interest in this fountain. He checked it out and walked on by, never to show any interest again. Hope others have better luck.

I've only had this water fountain for 2 weeks. Only gave it 3 stars due to only 2 of my 4 cats accepting it. Also, the lid doesn't fit securely on the tank, so my cat who likes to put her paw under the stream and then lick her paw like she does with the kitchen faucet, constantly tips it over and off the tank! Makes a mess...due to this, she will no longer go near it. Will keep the EOX water fountain since 2 of my 4 use it. On the search now to get one similar to the one that I needed to replace due to not working after almost 10 years.

Filter is in wrong place, poor design grew goo

The filter on this fountain is on the drain from the upper bowl. Then the water in the bowl gets pumped back up to the fountain. On the pump there is a plastic pre-pump

The filter on this fountain is on the drain from the upper bowl. Then the water in the bowl gets pumped back up to the fountain. On the pump there is a plastic pre-pump sponge that grew the nastiest yellow green goo, within a couple hours even after a freshly disinfected bowl and components. Not sure if that sponge is the perfect media to grow bacteria or it came contaminated and I was just unable to fully disinfect it. Either way, there are better fountains out there.

I was very disappointed to find that this fountain leaked. I can't even tell how it leaked but I assume the water must have spilled over the edge because the water pressure is just a little too strong. One of my cats also didn't appear to use it, possibly because the water area is too shallow.

Shallow Drinking Space

It could just be my cat, maybe he doesn’t like the fountain, but there part he drinks from is too shallow so I don’t even use that anymore. It is so shallow that when I set it up, I woke up to a tiny lake in my kitchen as the water had been slowly flowing over the edge all night. Otherwise, the reservoir makes for a great stainless steel drinking bowl :(
