Not the material I hoped for
The material for this mat is more like a cheap foam instead of plastic like it mentioned. Hopefully it can still handle getting wet and doesnt absorb everything
It really works!
This is a great mat for catching litter. The other mats I've had don't work this well. The litter might end up on the mat but it moves around when the cat jumps on it again. With this mat, the litter falls through and then I can easily shake it out back into the litter box. Highly recommend this mat.
Pretty good product
The mat does capture more than half of the litter my two cats scatter out of the box. I got the medium size mat due to space constraints. A larger mat probably would be more effective. It's easy to pour the captured litter back in the box. The success of this product will depend on how quirky your cats are about litter box usage. I was concerned that they might not walk on the mat because of its grid texture, but that has not been an issue. Overall, it was worth the money.
Very large mat
This appears to be well constructed and softer for pets sensitive feet. I look forward to using it and the little “traps” for litter appear to be well considered. I think it will be easy to vacuum.
Don not recommend
They slide all over! I bought 2 and they are two different shades of gray! The cats think they are scratching toys! I regret wasting my money!
Helpful mat
This little mat is easy to clean and helps with the dreaded cat litter scatter. It isn't entirely foolproof, as we use feline pine and it tends to develop very light pieces of wood that get all over the floor, but when the cat misses the box it's very easy to clean by hosing down. Recommend.
Not walking in kitty litter around the box
The litter falls through the mesh and is not tracked everywhere. Easy to clean up. Pick it up and pour it in the trash
Litter Mat
I don't find this beneficial, because it doesn't want to flex open to pour the litter back in the box and/or garbage. It doesn't cover enough space either. I didn't want to bother with returning it so I'll continue to use it.
Great for my messy girl
I have a very messy cat. She is kind of crazy. She makes a huge mess with litter. Buying the enclosed box and this mat fixed my problem. Seriously. It really grabs any litter of her paws and I can slide it right back in the box.
Mats for cats
The mat works fine even the cats don't use it properly. They use it as a scratching post! 🤣 It still works. I have much less litter, almost none, to clean up
