For the best fit, match the below dimensions to your pet's measurements as closely as possible. If your pet falls somewhere between two sizes, we advise ordering the larger of the two.
Paw Width: While your pet's paw is still on the ground, measure from side to side at the widest point of your pet's paw, which is usually near the base of the toes.
Length: With your pet's paw on the ground, measure from the tip of the claws (those have to fit inside the shoe too) to the back of where the paw touches the ground, which is just behind the pad.

Not Very Durable
By DogBed on Aug 6, 2020
My dog tends to have sensitive paws to the heat, and I live in Los Angeles, so when taking her on walks, she sometimes would get upset that the ground was hot. I wanted something that offered a little bit of protection without those hard rubber soles, because we also frequently go on hikes and to the beach. After just one 3-mile walk, these are absolutely falling apart. I'm pretty disappointed. They do fit well and stay on her paws well despite her fluff, however.

Quality Reflects the Price
By Audrey on Jun 12, 2020
If you're expecting high quality shoes for this price, I may have a bridge to sell you... But I bought these shoes because we live in AR and can't take the doggo out for a walk in the summer without worrying about the hot concrete. So we got these for her to try them and see if she would be willing to walk with them on. No point in spending a ton of money on something if we weren't sure she would even put up with. While the quality isn't great, they started showing wear and tear after the first walk, they were easy enough to put on. After a few minutes of confusion our dog became accustomed to them and it wasn't any issue. These are great as a trial run, but don't expect them to hold up for If you're expecting high quality shoes for this price, I may have a bridge to sell you... okay depending on use
By veronica on Apr 30, 2020
they are good for just normal walks and just “lounge around” in. i would recommend using these for a hike or high activity where your pup will be running a lot. my 80 pound pit had no trouble walking in them. they are lightweight and didn’t seem to cause him any discomfort. they did rip on the top of the shoe after playing in our empty pool on the first use that’s why i wouldn’t recommend for high activity.

Only received 1 bootie
By Confused on Jun 11, 2020
I would like to give a review but I only received 1 boot. I wanted to get them for my Weimaraner. She has a nasty foot infection and we’re trying to keep her from licking. I’ll update when I get word back from Chewy.

Terrific Dog Boots
By jkcm on Mar 11, 2020
We have had four big dogs, two currently, and all of them have readily accepted these boots. The boots are light weight and go on and off easily. We get boots slightly larger than their foot for "nail room," and we snug boots up very tightly with the Velcro to be sure they stay on through running and playing. It does not cut off circulation to their feet. The boots are great for walks when there is salt or ice melt on sidewalks, but we use them primarily at home. We have a muddy yard, and the boots are a lifesaver for us, saving lots of time, mess, and pails of water to wash muddy feet for multiple ins and outs daily. When the brushing isn't enough, we wash and dry the boots like regular laundry. We go through three or four sets of boots per dog per year, but the price is right and the product is great. … more

Poor fitting
By Corgis on May 6, 2020
My corgi had one off before going 10 feet. No matter how tight you pull the closier strap they come off when walking. Also the sole material doesn't appear that it will hold up very well, already wearing off and we didn't even get around the block.

Doggie shoes
By Vicki on Apr 30, 2020
Our pup was having issues with an injured paw pad. Wearing the shoes during our walks his paw pad healed right away. We plan to keep using them during the summer for the hot concrete. We love them!

Just OK for my unsteady pup
By GeorgiaRose on Feb 11, 2020
I have a large 95lb Mastiff mix with a neurological condition which makes her wobble when she walks. We got these for trips to Lowes, hospitals, vet trips, or other places with potentially slippery floors or stairs. She seems much more happy and confident and then work better than just human socks. The chart didn’t help with her size, I got a size too big. They slide and turn on her paws so I have to turn them back and they will slip off no matter how tight they are on. Overall they are good for confidence and grip, but not great for long term, heavy duty outdoor use. We’ve used them three times on regular .5 mile walks and they’ve started to tear up.

Disappointing
By Laura on Mar 16, 2020
I purchased this set in 2 sizes for my Giant Schnauzer. Both were workable for her size-wise, with no nails poking the reinforced toe box. However, each set lasted only 1 wear. All the red seams separated from the black on both. The larger size surprisingly, were worse than than the next smaller size. Went to Bark Brites.

Don’t Be Cheap like Me
By Disappointed on Apr 15, 2020
Holes within a week of use. Spend more money on a better, higher quality product. Unless your dog doesn’t apply any pressure while walking or scrape their feet after doing business, don’t buy.
