Great Food

Our Cocker was diagnosed with bladder stones and was put on a special urinary care diet. She is a picky eater and we were concerned about such a drastic change in her diet. We ordered this food in tandem with the urinary care kibble. It was easy to order through Chewy and they took care of securing the prescription from our vet. The food arrived within 3 days and our dog absolutely loves this food... even more than her regular food. Happy to report that after one month of this prescription diet, the stones have reduced from 5 to one stone. Thank you Chewy for the fast service and to Hills Prescription Diet for a remarkable product.

Better than the Chicken Pate!

I originally ordered the chicken pate urinary diet c/d formula, but it was very hard and crumbly. I then selected this stew and it is so much better!! The vet told me the purpose of adding the wet food is to add moisture to my dog’s diet so he doesn’t develop more bladder stones. The stew is exactly as I would expect and adds a great deal of moisture to his diet. My dog also loves the food and gets excited for his evening meal when he receives it.

My yorkie loves this!

My yorkie had to get pre-scribed food. The vet recommended royal canine urinary so. Unfortunately, the dry food's size was too big for her and she wouldn't eat it. Thankfully, Hill's has a good size kibble. I like to mix the dry food with wet, and my dog absolutely devours her plate every time we serve her. I think the wet food smells amazing! But it does make her stools smell stronger lol. Overall, great experience so far :)

He thinks it's 'people food'!

My dog loves this flavor of the c/d. He enjoyed the Chicken Flavor for quite a while, but as he got older, and developed Chronic Kidney Disease, he seemed to only want 'people food' (meat). Well, he still wants 'people food', but he wants much less now because he thinks this c/d flavor is 'people food', too! The meat chunks, carrots, and peas make it really appetizing for him.

Urine infection

Vet prescribed this food for my new pup as he has crystals in his urine. Not sure if it’s helping yet. We go back to the vet tomorrow. Chewy is great though. Always happy with their service. Prices are getting pretty high though.

Stick with the diet!

Ran the canned food through the food processor- now looks like ground beef. Easier for me to serve it & her to eat her meals.

Dog loves this

I was skeptical about my dog who is a fussy eater eating prescription food. This is like a stew, vegetables and all. I use it in combination as a topper for Hills c/d dry. My dog just loves it.

My dog lives this

My dog refused to eat the other prescription food so the vet recommended this. She loves it and there was no problem changing to it.

Our Dog Loves It.

Vet recommended this food after our 10.5 year old pup needed bladder stone surgery. We mix it with Hill's 'urinary care' dry food and he loves it.

Save Money

My dog was put on a prescription dog food. It was going to be very expensive getting it from her vet. I asked around and everyone said check out Chewey. After shopping around locally the price of the dog food did not get cheaper. I told my neighbor about the prices she said she had a $20 off coupon for Chewey so I took the plunge and ordered it online, which is something I do not care to do. Even though the food was only a few bucks cheaper but with the coupon it was a deal. It showed up when it said it would but the only thing I didn't like was that I asked for it to be put in my carport out of sight and it was left on my front porch. This food is too expensive to be left out front with all the thieves out now days. I will use Chewey again in hopes of a correct spot of delivery. I can't afford to replace it if it is stolen. That adds up quickly. Over all I'm pretty pleased with Chewey and the first order.
