Pets can be sensitive to sudden changes in their diets. For this reason, it is extremely important to follow a gradual transition plan to best support your pet's health and product effectiveness. It is recommended to follow at least a 7-day transition plan before exclusively feeding your pet a new food. Cats will often refuse mixed diets, so we recommend adding the new food to a separate bowl from the old food. Start by mixing 75% of your pet's current diet with 25% of the new diet on Day 1 and Day 2. On Day 3 and Day 4, mix 50% of the current diet with 50% of the new diet. On Day 5 and Day 6, mix 25% of the current diet with 75% of the new diet. On Day 7, you can feed your pet the new food exclusively. Ask your Veterinarian about the best way to transition your pet to a new food.

My one cat was hours from dying. He had renal blockage and his bladder was full of crystals from his previous cat food. Days before, he began to pea a lot, and he began to spray around the house. I thought that maybe a ferrel female cat was in the neighborhood, but I was wrong. The vets saved him, and he has not relapsed while eating this food. Both cats eat it now and they love it.
My male cat has been on this food for several years now and still has urinary tract issues. It is very expensive and hasn’t helped him.
3 months of vet visits for Bolbi urinating with blood outside of the litter box. Tried multiple tests, medicines, etc. Throughout treatment there was not even a slight improvement. She started this food and within the week all of her symptoms stopped, maybe a coincidence but I won’t be stopping this food any time soon. Very pleased!
Our cats have to be on C/D. Most eat rhe chicken but a couple throw up a lot with the chicken. Not so much with the fish. And they love it.
Our cat was not feeling well and decided to stop using litter box to urinate! Once on the Hills food for 1 week everything changed......he started using the litter box and was a lot more playful!!
After I placed my order, I was kept current on the delivery status and delivery came as forecast
Cat got sick. Several days in a row. Only upon after ordering did I get an email about how to implement this food ... over the course of a full week.
Very effecient and quick but less promotion or coupon discount
Amazed at how quickly I received my order!
My cat that normally loves only dry food refuses to eat this dry food and for some reason I am unable to return it.
