Although my dog did like to eat this food I was looking for a diet that didn’t have beef. My pup is allergic to sweet potatoes and chicken so finding a food for her is a challenge. I’ve resorted to cooking for her and she’s responded well. I thought the beef would be hard on her kidneys. There is nothing wrong with the food and she did like eating it.

I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer service. I keep receiving the same explanations over and over again, without any real solution being offered. Instead of resolving the issue, I am constantly transferred from one representative to another, which wastes my time and shows a complete lack of coordination. This level of service is unacceptable and far below basic customer service standards. I expect a proper resolution to my issue rather than repeated scripted responses and unnecessary transfers.

Pricey~

We will start with the price tag.. the most unimpressive part. $5 a can and 3 cans a day is killing my bank account... HOWEVER, my dog of 13 years needs this food

We will start with the price tag.. the most unimpressive part. $5 a can and 3 cans a day is killing my bank account... HOWEVER, my dog of 13 years needs this food and she will have it. She lives this food, but in retrospect she also live wasabi peas. I can't really speak much about this brand because I am not qualified. I wouldn't even reviewed this had i not been asked to.

My dog was recently diagnosed with mild kidney disease. I ordered the k/d Beef and Vegetable Stew and Chicken and Vegetable Stew canned food for him. He loves it! He really chows down on it! I highly recommend it. I would not recommend the pate canned food, because my guy turned his nose up at it.
