My cats love it

My old gal I've had for 17.5 years gets UTIs and needed to change her diet. She and her house mate both like it. I hope this keeps her healthy and around for a little while longer.

Cat Won't Eat It

Unfortunately, our cat won't eat this kidney food (and she needs it). I will have to donate it to a cat refuge and kindly ask for a refund.

Changed Formula

Marty did really well on this formula and really liked the taste, UNTIL, they changed the formula. I don't know if the new formula works as well as the old because he refuses to eat it. I did slowly introduce it with the old, but he ate around it. Cats are very smart!! It could work just as well or even better at maintaining a CKD cat with joint problems, but I will never know!! Marty is sending me out to look for something he approves of. Hee hee!!

Probably fine but my cat didn't like

My elderly cat really likes the regular KD dry cat food chicken flavor but she gags this down and it seems to bother her mouth, but she is old and her teeth aren't great. Didn't seem to help her joints but I don't think she ate enough to help. The food appears fine, so it might just be my cat that doesn't like it

Tried initially but refused

Having a difficult time finding a dry food which targets kidney care that my cats will actually eat. He initially tired it but now refuses it. Next...

Improved kidney levels

My one cat's bloodwork showed signs of high level kidney failure. Follow-up bloodwork, six weeks later, showed his kidney levels improved immensely. Since I have 2 cats, I feed them both this food and they both love it.

This helped my kitty!

My Vet prescribed this food for my 12 year old cat after an Arthritis diagnosis. He was in pain and unable to jump on my lap. Within days of starting this food he was able to jump without assistance. Before he would prompt us to pick him up. After a week, he was back to Zooming. You know that crazy, happy running from one end of the house to the other. I am grateful he is better!

My 19 yo cat loves this!

He wouldn’t eat anything with delight. He ate regular K/D grudgingly. This he eats like a kid eating candy. Great job!

Great Taste

That's what my kitty thinks. She loves the food and is more active after only a few weeks on that food.

Good Food, Long Wait

I have a case of prescription wet food sitting here that Kitten won't touch. She's a kibble eater, and she will eat this food, especially when it's freshly poured out. It says there's an appetite stimulant in it or maybe it's just the aroma. The problem was getting the kidney diet prescription filled. With two accounts, the vet fulfilled the wrong one. It took two weeks, five Chewy reps and several hours of effort on my part to get one bag of food. I would've bought it plain locally, but I really wanted the mobility additive, so Let's hope Chewy can do better the next time.
