When it’s come in Garfield keep throw up with others foods so I wait for this foods best for Garfield who is 15 years old make me so worried hard to find everywhere for two months

It is a supply chain issue like a lot of companies these days . science diet does offer another digestive good for cats , i/D for Digestion you may try or others have switched to Royal Canin’s Fiber Response for Gastro issues . My cat with diarrhea / loose stools does better on either of the science diet above mentioned but the Fiber Response is working for him just not as well as that one seems more geared toward constipation / Mega colon . But it does have a decent amount of fiber and I will say he loves it way more than the SD . Best of luck to you , hope this helps :)

My kittens have been having soft stools since adoption and have been dewormed and tested negative for parasites and giardia. My vet recommended switching them over to GI Biome for a while until their tummies settle and it's been very helpful!

My cat likes this wet food and it's made a noticeable difference in his bowel movements. He had an urethra blockage a few years ago so I panic anytime he expresses pain/discomfort but, as often as not, he's constipated rather than (or in addition to) urinary stuff. His recovery from an enema was worse than recovering from a two day stay in the hospital for the urethra block. He already drinks a lot of water - so I'm grateful to the vet who recommended fiber as another proactive step.

This food is a bit expensive but my picky IBD kitty loves it and she actually has solid poops when she eats this! She has an extremely sensitive stomach and other prescription foods still left her with soft stools but this food helped so much. It's costly but I will continue to get it for her because it helps her feel better.

The vet prescribed this for stormy because she started having diarrhea bad to the point where it was just coming out of her. She will not touch the wet but loves the dry part. She sniffs the wet and walks away. Now I am asking the vet for a wet form for the Royal Canin to see if she will eat that because she needs something that will solidify her poop.

I got this for my cat with sensitive stomach issues. He’s been struggling with soft stool and diarrhea, and the vet recommended this food because it had probiotics formulated into it. Our cat really likes it, and it’s really helped improve his condition! The only thing that’s off is that the color changes from pinkish-brown to dark brown within minutes of opening the can. Maybe this is normal? It’s also very expensive. I wish it was more affordable.

Fast acting

I switched my cat to this food, along with the dry food, and his poops cleared up in 2 days. It is expensive but it works. He is also having fortiflora packets.

Cost is over the top.

For a prescription diet that has no meds in it, there is no reason on earth why it cost so much. If you read the ingredients, you will not find anything in there

For a prescription diet that has no meds in it, there is no reason on earth why it cost so much. If you read the ingredients, you will not find anything in there to justify the cost. My opinion is that Hills price gouges on prescription food. My daughter's cat was diagnosed with IBD with the very expensive, invasive tests and she has maintained her cat's health on prednisolone alone for years because her cat won't eat the Hill's prescription GI Biome. As soon as my cat finishes the case of this stuff, I will try him on prednisolone alone and hope to ditch Hill's overpriced prescription diet. Why prescription with no meds? To make more money. Just my opinion.
