great service for hard to find product
For the past month have had a hard time finding this in stores. With a picky cat who won't eat anything but this one specific type of food was getting nervous as we got down towards the end of our last bag. Then Chewy to the rescue. Was able to purchase online and delivered to my house in two days! Great ordering experience and will definitely use again.
Very Good Cat food
My poor Charlie suffers with hairballs. He used to throw one up about once every two weeks and sometimes more. Since I have been giving him Iams dry Cat food he throws up a hair ball mess, maybe once a month or little longer than a month at times. I noticed the hair they swallow when cleaning themselves, goes into their waste and can throw out when I clean litter box. He also loves the taste and crunch of Iams. Thanks from both Charlie and me.
I'd been unable to find my cat's food anywhere online & went to nine local stores before finding the last two 3.5-lb bags; I always order the 16-lb size. When I checked Chewy two days later, they had the 22-lb size & I received it less than 24 hours later. I'm going to get another soon, as all pet supplies are rising & going fast. Chewy's #1!
My cat is very picky. I have had her for 9yrs. (she was a rescue kitty). She will eat some of this but leaves 3/4 of it in her bowl and I only give her 1/2 cup daily. Trying to find something she will eat so I won't be spending a fortune on trying different cat foods.
Cats won't eat this
I have two cats just over 1 year old, and neither one of them will eat this for some reason. I should have bought a smaller bag so I didn't waste so much. Lesson learned.
My Big-foot's Meow
I give this Iams ProActive Health Indoor Weight & Hairball Care Dry Cat Food ***** My cat Big-Foot loves it. The Catnip "Our Pets" is 100% Natural. Beg-foot eats this plus rolls around it as well. I love a healthy and happy Big-foot.
My cats are very happy with this new food. I have tried several brands in hopes of pleasing my two cats & this is the new favorite.
Review of order
Disappointed with May's order. My usual monthly items came from 3 different sources. Chewy didn't have the items in stock
Although we don't use this food anymore, this was the only food my cats had for several years. It is decent quality and they seemed to like it. They are teenagers now so we've switched to different food but this is a great middle quality product.
Iams has changed something in the formula as well as the packaging material. I have no way of knowing if the packaging is affecting the quality. My cats normally eat a full portion, but they are now leaving food in their bowl and crying for something else. This was an abrupt change as soon as I gave them their first scoop from the new bag. I guess that's one way to get them to lose weight. When they aren't happy, they make sure I'm not happy. I may be forced into experimenting with another food, and that doesn't make me happy either.
