This scoop is designed to catch small and large clumps and may not be suitable for use with larger pellet sizes.

How big is it and how wide are the slots for litter to fall through?

the scoop has varied spaces between the slots. some are too large to properly collect the waste. Need one with closer slats to catch all the waste.

Litter scoop is strong

This litter scoop is strong and hefty which I like very much. Only gave it 3 stars because I have to scoop many multiple times to get the smaller clumps that fall

This litter scoop is strong and hefty which I like very much. Only gave it 3 stars because I have to scoop many multiple times to get the smaller clumps that fall through the wide spaced tines at the front of the scoop before they reach the narrow spaced tines at the back of scoop. Why wouldn't you make this strong hefty scoop with just the narrow spaced tines to prevent all that extra scooping? Seems like a no-brainer solution!

First of all, this is a sturdy scoop and seems like it might last a decent amount of time. That being said, as others have mentioned, the slats are a bit wide to

First of all, this is a sturdy scoop and seems like it might last a decent amount of time. That being said, as others have mentioned, the slats are a bit wide to catch the smaller clumps, but there is a step down towards the back of it where the slats are smaller and if you can manage to get the smaller pieces to the back before they fall through the front, it'll work. I would not buy it again though.
