No directions

The toy did not come with any directions on how to fill it. The ball does not open to add treats. The openings are not adjustable.

Turtle troubles

The turtle wasn’t as easy to prepare as I thought it would be and Bernie really didn’t get into it she is kind of lazy so that might be why, Lol

great while it lasted

this toy was great! small treats or the meowijuana bread treats fit great. tamaki batted it around a bunch and loves the suprise treats that came out. he's an obsessive

this toy was great! small treats or the meowijuana bread treats fit great. tamaki batted it around a bunch and loves the suprise treats that came out. he's an obsessive chewer so the silicone part eventually came out and I threw it away because I didn't want him swallowing bits BUT he didn't manage to chew through it so it lasted very well!! I also noticed that when it came apart there WEREN'T a bunch of glue bits so it's still safe to play with the plush turtle it's just not as exciting without the treats. I will be buying again I just wish it lasted a bit longer. maybe if the silicone treat cage was sewn in? idk but we still loved it!

Cheaply made and terrible

My cat had fun with this for about 2 minutes when the plastic treat holder popped out of the toy turtle and won't go back in. This didn't even stand up to gentle

My cat had fun with this for about 2 minutes when the plastic treat holder popped out of the toy turtle and won't go back in. This didn't even stand up to gentle use, so unless your kitties are super gentle, look elsewhere.

Impossible to use

The description was wrong about being able to adjust opening for dispensing treats. It doesn’t come apart to allow easy to fill up the treats and also very hard

The description was wrong about being able to adjust opening for dispensing treats. It doesn’t come apart to allow easy to fill up the treats and also very hard to get the ball back into turtle. Customer service was great at giving me store credit back to use on something else.
