Is this food suitable for Parrotlets?

The Garden Veggie Nutri-Berries will be fine for a parrotlet. It would need to be crumbled, and it is likely the parrotlet would not be able to eat some pieces, such as the dried peas. Nutritionally, this is a suitable food to give a parrotlet.
Are these suitable for Greek Cheek Conures? My bird loves avicakes and I am hoping maybe I can get her to eat more veggies with these.
