Is there a limit line inside the pan that tells me I've poured enough litter? I seem to over fill the pan and end up with clean litter in the waste bin instead of the actual waste.

This litter box features line measurements along the inside wall of the box. It's strongly encouraged to use a hard-clumping litter with this litter box.

My cats urinate on one side of the box and leave a wet clump that I have to scrape out of the box, how does the rolling box handle this?

The litter box is designed to be rolled over onto the top to separate the clumps from the clean litter. If the litter being used does not dry, or if it sticks, then the litter box will not function as intended. For best use, Omega Paw suggests changing the litter to something that is less sticky or quicker clumping would be best.

My cats produce large clumps that sometimes break into smaller bits that currently have to be scooped out of litter separately. Will the Roll n Clean capture both large clumps and the small bits?

1. Does the pullout tray need to be emptied every time you roll the box? If not, how often does it need to be emptied? Eg. I empty the waste tray of my automatic litter box, 2 large cats using it, 2 x a week. 2. Is there anything, such as a filter, to help control smell from pull out tray?

At this time, the amazing self-cleaning litter box is not equipped with a filter for added smell control. For the best possible odor control, we recommend the tray be emptied after ever time a roll and clean occurs.

I bought one of these several years ago for a cat that has since passed away. We loved it but got rid of it when our baby crossed the rainbow bridge. When we finally decided we were ready for a kitten we thought we'd get the same litter box we'd loved before! The new one we got was a disappointment. The plastic seemed more flimsy, there is excess melted plastic from the molding process that hasn't been trimmed off, and the pieces don't seat together correctly. The grate the filters the clumps from the clean litter doesn't lock into place and comes loose so chunks get stuck behind it. The clasps that lock the lid down can be hard to close. The bin that catches the clumps is not very secure and tends to wiggle and fall out. While we love the design the quality of the product we received was not what we expected.

So far so good.

My son was getting a little tired of the litter box management so I thought I would give this a try. My husband wanted a robotic one but they are way too expensive

My son was getting a little tired of the litter box management so I thought I would give this a try. My husband wanted a robotic one but they are way too expensive for us right now. I thought maybe this would be the next best thing. It's been super easy to use. The only complaint I have is that the tray sometimes doesn't slide in completely straight. So it misses some sometimes. But overall I think it was definitely worth the buy.

Not what I was expecting

I was really excited to finally try this litter box after having my eye on it for over a year. Unfortunately, once it arrived, the parts didn’t seem to fit together

I was really excited to finally try this litter box after having my eye on it for over a year. Unfortunately, once it arrived, the parts didn’t seem to fit together correctly. The inner flap wouldn’t close fully, and the top was extremely difficult to snap on. I tested it with a small amount of litter, and everything went straight into the capture cup. Even so, I set it up for my cat, and she used it without issue. But when it came time to clean, we followed the recommended rocking motion and ended up losing a lot of good litter. Most of it collected in the slider cup instead of sifting properly, and the cup itself was difficult to slide in and out. Overall, I’m very disappointed. I was really looking forward to using this litter box, so it’s frustrating that it didn’t perform as advertised.

Great 2nd box

We bought this for a second box because we currently have a automatic box. I would argue it's better than the automatic because it's easier to clean!
