The unique patented grill inside the Roll’n Clean scoops out the clumped waste, depositing it into the pull-out tray. Just roll the litter box onto its top, and roll back to the up-right position. Remove the tray and dispose of waste! For fast and easy cleaning, use the Roll’n Clean.

Doesn't use electricity, never breaks down; it just keeps rolling and rolling.
Ideal for big cats or multiple-cat households, quickly self-cleans, while controlling dust and containing odors. For best results use with clumping or silica litters.
Amazing self-cleaning litter box allows you to clean your cat’s waste in just seconds, without scooping!
Requires less litter than a traditional litter box and the scoop only collects clumped waste — clean litter is never thrown away!
Overall, really good product. Bought two of the large version. One of them works great—no problems at all. The other is tougher to put together; some of the tabs that hold the top in place are difficult to lock, so refilling the litter is a bit more time consuming. Also, the pull out tray of that same box doesn’t seem to fit in place as securely as in the other, so a tiny bit of litter spills out on occasion when rolling it over. My assumption is that the top of that particular box is slightly misshapen. Again, I had no problems with the other one at all.
Overall, I was happy with these. They make it quicker and easier to clean the litter than traditional scooping.

I really do like this cat box and I plan on purchasing another one because this is the best scoop free cat box I've found, but a couple things I find could do better is
1) It's not stick free like it advises, I usually have to bang on the sides to make everything fall.
2) The area for the cats it's very small, I have four cats and unfortunately I think I'm going to need three of these instead of the two cat boxes I have
3) The spaces between the shifter is to big so things get by or get stuck in the middle of them
4) I usually have to open it up and still scoop but just small pieces which is still better then doing the whole thing

I've been through a lot of trendy cat boxes in my 58 years. This is the best; I just ordered a third one and ditched the only remaining open-top pan. I agree that it takes a little practice to get the technique down. The level of litter is crucial to avoid clean litter getting into the scoop, and you do need to thump the bottom a few times. The difference is a 20-second clean vs. about two minutes scooping out of an open pan. Makes a big difference if you're cleaning multiple pans daily. Highly recommend.
It's a Workout, but It Does Work.

This is not for someone who is either elderly or disabled. You have to flip it completely over 3-4 times and it is hard to do for someone not is the best physical condition. It's really tough to get it flipped over. However it does work and I can see that others who do not fall into either category would love it, and it's a good option for them. It's nice not to have to scoop it, there's just the other problems. Also, our cat took right to it With zero issues. It's the large size. With that said, because we are a house of disabled and elderly, we will be going back to our old litter box, the scoop method, and donating this to the shelter.
BEST PURCHASE EVER

Okay, this is a God-send. I have two cats that I love dearly, but LOATHE cleaning out the litter boxes. Plus they like to kick the litter out of the box, and even though I have a litter mat, it’s still quite annoying. This thing has saved my life. It’s sooo easy to use. You just tilt it, and pull the icky stuff out! I love it so much Im purchasing another. If you’re considering buying it, DO IT!!!
It gets the job done

I have 5 cats and bought 2 large. All my cats, young and old, used it right away. I introduce all of them to the new liter box( moved from open pans to this closed model) only one of my older cat got scared the first time. It is simple to use, make sure you role far enough to get all the clumps and roll back far enough to get all the fresh liter back in place. It is very simple to use and cleaning up after all my fur babies is a whole lot easier and less smelly.
Best Litter Box!

Suuuper easy and convenient! Makes cleaning the box an easy task that I no longer dread doing. No dust, no smell, no getting up close and personal with poop and pee. Just roll over, pull out catcher, dump into trash, and done. My cat instantly took to the box as well so I think she loves it just as much as I do. Wish I discovered this years ago. I will be recommending this to everyone I know with cats :)
Good Idea - Needs Some Tweeking

So I do like the size if this box. If you have large cats that pee directly into a corner though, this box will not work for you. If they would have made the sifting screen solid where the clean litter goes and then a grill for sifting, the rolling would have worked better. Sadly, this box did not work well in my household. Once the litter is stuck to that grill, when I roll to sift it it all gets jammed up and becomes a ton more work than me just scooping it as usual. I just have too many big cats I guess. Also that screen there for the sifting does not stay in place very well, it kept popping out of the tiny rivets they have on the bottom to hold it in place. The sifting was non exsistant afterSo I do like the size if this box. If you have large cats that pee directly into a corner though, this box will not work for you. Good, not great

First off, this is much better than scooping or those automatic rakers that clog. However, small design updates need to be made.
1. make the receiver tray larger with a larger hole. God forbid I forget to roll this thing for 3 days and my 1 cat pees so much that large chunks form, then when I pull the tray out it scrapes and clogs inside the lid.
2. the frame/clasps work, but could use a more solid clasping. They don't always catch.
3. the Large could be larger. Like, make an XXL or something. My male cat isn't huge, but average and his butt sometimes hangs out the hole.
Gimmicky, NOT worth a try

I tried this out because I thought the concept was awesome. My first impression was that the quality was very poor, but I gave them a shot anyway. The idea is cool, but this does not work! I used a clumping litter but found that waste would get stuck between the vents and as a result, it would not get filtered. I ended up just having to scoop it out, which is what I wanted to avoid by buying this litter box! Also, I bought both sizes, but even the large size is way too small for an adult cat. I ended up using this product for maybe 2 weeks and then just throwing them both away. What a waste of money I'm very disappointed.
