Are any parts of this fountain dishwasher safe?

Take your pump and fountain apart to clean with soap and water every two to four weeks. Be careful not to get soap in the filters, as it will not rinse out. The plastic filter housing, ceramic bowl, and ceramic tower (except the silicone gasket) are dishwasher safe.
What replacement filters do I need?

cat loves it

my cat was scared of the sounds of water because my ex took her into the bsthroom with him and was releiving himself snd she trid to get away from him, she scratched him, ex responded by throwing her against a wall(causing a concusion) other fountains scared her but with a litttle patience, she tried it and is using it ever since. Thank you chewey for making a product like this.

The best fountain I can find

I love this fountain for my cat! It's the third fountain I've gotten for him, and it will be the last. I like that all of the water is exposed, so that if there's a power outage, he still has access to plenty of water, whereas most other fountains only expose a shallow amount while the rest is in the basin, thus leaving very little water exposed. I also love that I can modify this filter to add my own charcoal bits and use a small square of fish tank filter foam to hold them in. Much cheaper and more economic doing it this way. This fountain is also much easier to clean than other models I've had. It's beautiful/aesthetically pleasing, and runs silently.

Positive experience with this fountain

I have had this fountain for 2 months and currently recommend it. I change the charcoal filter every 2 weeks and the foam filter every 4 weeks. I use water filtered through a five-stage filter and switch out the water every other day. I clean everything except the filters with dish soap once a week. When I am changing the charcoal filter, I run it under cold water for 15 seconds and then soak it in a glass of cold water for 20 minutes. This really helps to cut down on charcoal dust. My cat likes this fountain, she drank from it right away when I plugged it in. She did not like drinking water from a bowl, and she also did not like loud plastic fountains with spouts. One of the reasons I bought this fountain was because of a favorable review by a veterinarian. For his cats, he thought it was currently the best fountain available. So far, I agree. I have not had the problems some other users have had like missing parts or failing adapters.

Drinking Fountain

I have a doggy who had crystals in his urn. The vet suggested a drinking fountain. We got one it it was noisy. This one is quite, no noise at all. The best part is he drinks more water and the crystal have left his urn track. He loves it. It's also a very nice looking one. I change the filters once a month, clean the bowl and just add water when needed.

Water fountain

Vet recommended a fountain. My cats like it but the charcoal filter leaks into water (I did rinse this per instructions). I emptied fountain and rinsed filter again but the charcoal continues to leak into water.

Excellent pet drinking fountain

This has a great look. The fountain is motor is so quiet I can't hear it. The porcelain makes it easy to clean, and the filter around the motor keeps it from getting clogged with pet hair. My dog and cats all use it.

Very quiet

I’ve had this fountain about 2 months now and so far, it has been great. The fountain is near silent unless the water gets below a certain level and it’s easy enough to clean. Most of the parts are dishwasher safe and re-assembly is quick and easy. I’m very happy with 5is fountain so far, will update later on.

Fountain doesn’t last

It was fine while it lasted, 9 months the motor stopped functioning. Cannot find where I can just replace the motor. Very disappointing for the price.

Missing Parts

Just received my shipment and started to set it up, took apart all parts as instructed to clean prior to full set up. There are 3 blue pieces: faceplate, stator, and impeller, and my product did not come with a stator. Was hoping it would still work, but is now just a glorified bowl. Its a bummer cause if it worked, it would be 5 stars.

Cats love it

My 3 cats love it, each one drinks from a different part of the fountain. It's pretty easy to change the filters and wash the ceramic parts.
