The description says pac11-11038 but the picture shows pac11-11039 so which is the proper flap because the size is different between the two

The four model numbers listed are four different flaps- Small, Medium, Large, and Extra-Large.

Where do I find the replacement plastic bar that screws into the flap?

At this time, the hardware to hang the flap is available directly though the the manufacturer site.

My original doggie door was 7 years old and the flap needed replacement. The new one (same model and model #) didn't quite fit, slightly wider. So the flap won't close correctly. No way to alter it either. So we put the old one back on and ordered a whole new doggie door. I do recommend this company and the doors.

Perfect fit, easy to replace

After many years of heavy daily use by our three dachshunds, our doggy door flap was looking grimy, the side edges were splitting, and the magnet had lots of damage

After many years of heavy daily use by our three dachshunds, our doggy door flap was looking grimy, the side edges were splitting, and the magnet had lots of damage from wet cleaning. This PetSafe replacement flap works a treat and was pretty quick and easy to install (after making the mistake of previously trying a generic brand that was a terrible fit.) Because the initial out-of-packaging vinyl smell is pretty potent, I recommend leaving it outside to air for a day or two - your own nose and your pooches' snouts will thank you for it.

The screw heads are too small and with very little pressure (which a cat going in and out and in and out will apply) the screw head is too small, goes through the pre-cut hole of the flap and now the flap comes off the door.

The items don't match up with past products

I have a petsafe dog door that I bought in 2008 when we built our house. First I tried to replace the whole door system and nothing fits the same size. So I went

I have a petsafe dog door that I bought in 2008 when we built our house. First I tried to replace the whole door system and nothing fits the same size. So I went to petsafe to replace the flaps. It said order the flap size based on the number of screw so I ordered a large. It didn't fit at all, so I ordered a medium and that doesn't fit at all. The first door I sent back, the flap I ordered first, I was given a refund and told to donate. The second flap, I am so frustrated that it didn't fit and I don't want to ask Chewy for a refund because it is not their fault. It is the manufacturers of the dog door.

It fit my "Homemade" pet door perfectly

I bought this to fit between the house and garage where I cut a hole in the wall for my cat. I had to enlarge it for my new dog. This fits nicely to keep the draft
