Where do I find the replacement plastic bar that screws into the flap?

At this time, the hardware to hang the flap is available directly though the the manufacturer site.

The description says pac11-11038 but the picture shows pac11-11039 so which is the proper flap because the size is different between the two

The four model numbers listed are four different flaps- Small, Medium, Large, and Extra-Large.

Pet safe replacement flap. Originally bought one from eBay under the part number on pet safe flap only they sent a different mfg flap that was about a 1/2 inch short

Pet safe replacement flap. Originally bought one from eBay under the part number on pet safe flap only they sent a different mfg flap that was about a 1/2 inch short on length so I then ordered the safe pet by the same part number from Chewy.com and got what I needed, fits well, thanks Chewy!!!

Not great

The flap has gaps! The screws don't hold the flap tightly to the frame. If I tighten the screws they split the flap material. I'm ordering another replacement

It doesn't fit an older model pet door because the size has changed at some point. So if the replacement door doesn't fit the existing hole, we'll be forced to replace

Most items like I expected

My dogs did not talk to me about the new door flaps, but they do still use the Dog door. The weather guard inner flap had 6 holes across the top, but it was not
