What is the difference between this and the non large breed version besides the kibble?

Per the Purina website, large breed guaranteed analysis has 12% fat vs 16% fat non large breed. Large breed also has fewer calories in the same weight of food, making it more filling, very important for my Labrador. There are other small differences, you can see it at purina.com. Haven't noticed much change in her skin issues and she's been on it for a year now. Have a little disappointed lately with the quality. Seems very dry and have been getting a full cup of food dust in the bottom of storage container and some each time we scoop out her feedings. I know some is normal but the last 4-5 bags have been really bad. Not super happy especially with how much we pay.

I had to get this bag of food instead of my regular bc my regular Inukshuk was out of stock. This Purina dog food is so dry that when I opened the bag it’s mostly food dust. Disgusting and can’t be very nutritional for my dog. For $100 I expected a lot better. Very disappointed.

Only buy if you KNOW your dog likes salmon flavored food

I bought this by accident. I thought I'd given my dog Salmon-flavored before but too late my kids reminded me it was Lamb-flavored. Still, I thought I'd give it

I bought this by accident. I thought I'd given my dog Salmon-flavored before but too late my kids reminded me it was Lamb-flavored. Still, I thought I'd give it a shot anyway and mix it in with her food. At first she ate it, but within a bowl or two, she was walking away from all her food. Because I was mixing it with her regular dry beef flavored, I decided to put out just the salmon-flavored food, and she went the entire day without eating. I dumped the food and gave her back her beef which she then ate reluctantly. I wasted $77 because this was the smallest bag available to buy, and I ended up giving the food away. I'm so discouraged. This is NOT Chewy's fault. This is solely my fault for getting the wrong food. A very hard lesson learned. Fortunately my dog still has her beef flavored food to eat this month.

I love the Purina Pro Plan salmon sensations food and my dogs love the flavor. When my previous furbaby crosses the rainbow bridge, Chewy was so kind. I thought I canceled my auto delivery and it had already been shipped. They credited my account and I was able to donate it to the humane society.
