Great product at a (somewhat) reasonable price
I have been using this for our 4-year old 90lb mixed breed since he was little. So far, his vet checks have been great and he's never had any fleas (fingers crossed) or worms in this hot South Florida weather. Our previous dogs had minor run-ins with fleas but they were not using Sentinel Spectrum. It's much easier to administer orally than other meds that require application directly on the skin when the dogs are squirming. And he's never had any side effects. Highly recommended.
Sentinel spectrum chews have side effects
I gave 1 sentinel spectrum chews to my dog And few days later he has lethargic, weakness and big tumor under belly. My dog developed cancer to this product. Now to sue this product sentinel spectrum chews. I would you should not buy product. This could happen to your dog.

I wrote to this company and am very upset. My dog is ONLY in our yard and supervised, walked in our neighboorhood by me and never gets into anything and cannot be around other dogs. She came down with roundworm after starting this medication 2 months prior and I am super upset! Vet bills and a poor very sick girl who already has health issues! I will not buy again!
Sentinel Spectrum - Heartworm Free!
I have been using Sentinel Spectrum chews for over a year now per the recommendation of my veterinarian. I got a prescription through Chewy after my dogs hit 50+ pounds. It's wonderful not having to drive back and forth to the vet all the time just to get heartworm medication. The process of delivery was quick and easy. My Malinois just got her heartworm test yesterday and it came back negative. Her fecal tests have been coming back negative too for parasites. My only complaint is I wish the chews were softer or more appealing to dogs. My girls will usually eat anything but spit these out. We mix it in different foods and they gobble it right down. We will continue to use this product for years to come. :)
Does not prevent hookworms.
This medicine is suppose to prevent hookworms. I put my dog on this medication March 31st, 2023 and gave her another chew 5/1/2023. My dog was diagnosed with hookworms 5/27/2023. My dog also does not like these chews. I must cut into pieces and feed with peanutbutter to get her to eat them.

One chew does it all
I've been using this for years on all our dogs and the Battle Buddies foster dogs. Much better to give one chew that they like than to have to give two things and the liquid flea meds burned some of our dogs.
