1) Don't get me started on how buying Simparica TRIO via Chewy is a million times cheaper than going through the vet; and 2) Having all of the things (heartworm, fleas, ticks [including Lyme disease-carrying deer ticks], roundworms, and adult hookworms) in 1 soft chewable tablet makes things SO easy for my dog who is an absolute nightmare to give medicine to. Having to only go through the trauma (for me... she's fine) 1x a month rather than multiple is worth every cent.

I did not heed the warning signs and kept giving this to Goma for 3 months. We switched to Modern Animal from her previous vet because of its technology, but for some reason, they would only prescribe Simparica Trio. We are going back to her old vet permanently now. First sign: she wouldn't eat it unless it were wrapped in other food. She was on Bravecto before, that she would take no questions asked. After the second month of Simparica, I noticed she would start flinching, especially when I got too close. It was affecting her depth perception. Cut to last weekend. She sleeps on my bed, and I awoke to her having a full-blown seizure. That night I slept with the lights on. Goma's eyes were bugging, legs were locked, and she was shaking uncontrollably. It was scary. I was able to take her to the ER. They gave her treatment to stop the seizures. She is currently on anti-seizure meds and has a follow-up next week. For now, we are doing a topical flea treatment.

My dog has been on this for many years now. I hate the price, but he doesn't have any issues from meds or pests. He is a hairless boy, and not in weeds or tall grass, so I don't give this to him all year, just summer months. He has only had 1 tick since using this product.

It works and thank goodness I only have to give once a month because it's expensive to someone on fixed income. I wish it was softer & would be easier for me to give as treat, but he won't eat it as is. I break it up and mix with his food.

Very expensive and unprofessional in Ziploc bag

Taking the pills off of the original box and cut them half and put it in Ziploc bag for over $100 is very unprofessional and it’s way more expensive than full price

Taking the pills off of the original box and cut them half and put it in Ziploc bag for over $100 is very unprofessional and it’s way more expensive than full price for a full box which comes with six pills. It was never mentioned in there description they’re gonna take the pills out of the originalbox and cut them in half and shovel it in a Ziploc bag and send it to me! Very disappointed.

Both my dogs tested positive for Anaplasmosis, a bacterial infection transmitted through ticks. I don’t understand how this happened since both dogs have been on Simparica Trio since we were able to start giving them preventatives. We’ve had them since they were 8wks old and NEVER missed a dosage.
