I've been using this...as long as I've had these rats, & it's great! It helps with odor control, & it's a superior price. I started using the Hemp Shavings....but

I've been using this...as long as I've had these rats, & it's great! It helps with odor control, & it's a superior price. I started using the Hemp Shavings....but that doesn't get rid of the odor like this. I'm going to use both together...hopefully that'll be the best

I like the product, but packaging needs a new design

I liked how it trapped the smell better than other beddings I have used, but the quantity for the price is not there. I had to use quite a bit more than I hoped

I liked how it trapped the smell better than other beddings I have used, but the quantity for the price is not there. I had to use quite a bit more than I hoped (this box only lasts for about three or four litter box changes for me). And their box needs a new design (unless i had a faulty box). I went to pick it up and the bottom opened and spilled the bedding all in my carpeting. . . not a good time.

Urine odor decreased tremendously

I’ve tried everything in my rabbits litter box. This, by far, has worked the best. I scoop out the wet pellets every few days and add new as needed. Empty whole

I’ve tried everything in my rabbits litter box. This, by far, has worked the best. I scoop out the wet pellets every few days and add new as needed. Empty whole box and clean once a week. My rabbits box has a grate on top so he doesn’t come in contact with the pellets. I have added this to my auto-ship order.

Low quality

Very dusty product, the pellets in my opinion are not as good quality as previous ones I’ve ordered. I ordered these thinking they were the ones i previously had

Very dusty product, the pellets in my opinion are not as good quality as previous ones I’ve ordered. I ordered these thinking they were the ones i previously had. They swell up to absorb liquid, which is great. But then they turn into a saw dust after they dry making it difficult to spot clean a cage & messy.

Broken box

The bedding is good but the box came broken and taped up with no other box protecting the original box. I lost some Pellets in transport because the box was open

The bedding is good but the box came broken and taped up with no other box protecting the original box. I lost some Pellets in transport because the box was open. Maybe send in a box to protect the products box because it's too heavy to just send alone. Unsure of how to report to customer support so hoping someone reads this.
