Bad Packaging

Box litter was in was not sealed well. When I got it inside, opened box, lid was half off and Alot of litter had spilled in the box. When I managed to sit box where

Box litter was in was not sealed well. When I got it inside, opened box, lid was half off and Alot of litter had spilled in the box. When I managed to sit box where I could pull container out, I went to pour litter from box back into container, bottom wasn't sealed well and litter went Everywhere. Took awhile Just to get it all up. When you put a 40 lb container in a box, make sure cover is on tight, its sealed so what caused lid to open is beyond me, but the way it was, it looks like it got dropped, being a sealed container to start with. Not what I expected. You need to figure a better way to box heavy, large containers, especially cat litter. Funny thing, small 14 lb screw on top was sealed with tape.

Have been getting this litter for years, tried others, came back to this one. Last order was not the same litter. My cat tends to pee on side of her plastic litter

Have been getting this litter for years, tried others, came back to this one. Last order was not the same litter. My cat tends to pee on side of her plastic litter pan (also several years old), and the latest batch is not clumping and leaves me with a bunch of crumbles (?) when I try to scoop it. My sister is experiencing the same thing! When this batch runs out I will try one more order. If problem continues, Purina has lost a customer!

I have tried all different types of litter from sand to wood to pellets and nothing works as good as this does. Not to mention the price is decent !!
