This brush is too rigid. It’s a neat idea but it doesn’t really flex around the teeth. Also, they sent an open package meant to be sold as a two pack with one medium and one small, but they removed the medium sized brush. I thought that was a cheap move.

Wrong size strikes again

It's my error. Chewy would be better off stating there're 3 sizes with dog type to help us know what size is needed. Support for the first toothbrush (large) was

It's my error. Chewy would be better off stating there're 3 sizes with dog type to help us know what size is needed. Support for the first toothbrush (large) was fine and my error for not getting the price reduced more (personal but had been in ER the day before, so my thinking was off). I was given the opportunity to redo something for the additional little discount (my error for not following her directions) but it wasn't worth it. Support is consistently good. This isn't a knock on Chewy (other than it would be helpful to list dogs for each size as in medium would be for 20 lb Pom and Pembroke Corgis) and at this time, will definitely continue get dog food and scripts from Chewy. Large and small toothbrushes will be given to ASPCA. Next toothbrush will be from Petmeds (I know is it's the right size and had been on autoship for our corgi that fits our throwback Pom.)

Shedding bristles!

I really wanted to love this and I did for the first two minutes or so, it made getting some otherwise difficult areas easier to get to than with her regular brush

I really wanted to love this and I did for the first two minutes or so, it made getting some otherwise difficult areas easier to get to than with her regular brush. However, the inner bristles started shedding pretty quickly and I'm just hoping none of them are still in my dog. Can't recommend, too dangerous.

This toothbrush is well made but the design doesn't work well, in my opinion. The brush head is entirely stiff, so it slips off the dog teeth quite easily as they move their mouths around while brushing. My dogs are very good and eager to have their teeth brushed but they're dogs, so they move their jaws and try to "help." The brush is too stiff to stay on track. I strongly prefer the brush design with a tri-brush head with split brushes on flexible prongs.

I thought the double brushes was a great idea but she clinches her teeth and I can’t the brush over her teeth. With the single brush toothbrush I can at least get

Hilariously small

I don't know what breed of dog this is supposed to be for, but it was waaaay too small for a 15 pound terrier. Good idea, poor execution.
