  • Can't get enough!

    By on

Hi all, Zoey the cat here! I'm a big fan of Whole Earth Farms turkey pate. I really enjoy that the #1 ingredient is real turkey meat so much that when my human fills my food bowl I gobble it right up! I have no more belly issues now since switching to this canned food and it must make my fur silky smooth because people never stop petting me (no complaints there!). Thanks Chewy for the delicious food and super fast delivery! Meow!

  • Good ingredients, none from China, and cats love it!

    By on

We've been introducing our kitties to foods other than their "regular" in case that food is ever unavailable (it happened once!). This is one of the test foods, and kitties love it. When we contacted the manufacturer about where they sourced their "global" ingredients, this is what they said: "All of our recipes are made in our own kitchens in Hereford Texas and most of our ingredients are sourced in the US. However, the few ingredients we outsource from other countries are: Lamb/Venison from New Zealand, Duck/Rabbit from France, and Vitamins/Minerals premix from either Canada or Germany. We do not use anything sourced from China." We have added this product to our autoship.

  • My cats usually love turkey, not so much this

    By on

Maybe I got a batch that wasn't quite fresh? For wet food this is not very moist at all. I have to add a bit of water to mush it up. Sometimes they eat it. Sometimes they don't. The beef with turkey flavor from Whole Earth was not like this.

  • the best ingredients for cats

    By on

My 4 rescues cats will eat anything but the Whole Earth Farms grain free turkey and duck seem to be a very high quality with fewer fillers and questionable ingredients. It is quickly gone form all bowls.

  • Good value overall

The review I accidentally wrote last week for Merrick turkey cat food was intended for this product, in fact it was precisely why I switched from Merrick to Whole Earth Farms, but Chewy was unable to contact or provide contact info to me for the 3rd party who handles these reviews. Now that I have my chance to reach you, could you please remove the review with the same headline for the Merrick product and substitute it for this product, Whole Earth's grain-free turkey pate, which is in fact what I use to feed the many ferals on my block. Sorry about the mistake, I was rushing while on lunch break. But I would greatly appreciate the correction, especially for others on a tight budget trying The review I accidentally wrote last week for Merrick turkey cat food was intended for this product, in fact it was precisely why I switched from Merrick to Whole Earth Farms, but Chewy was unable to contact or provide contact info to me for the 3rd party who handles these reviews. • Good ingredients, but very dry strange consistency

    By on

Thank you for recommending this canned cat food. I use it by the teaspoonful to add to the flavor of a raw chicken diet for both my Savannahs. I do like it and so do they. I don't know if I received an older batch of the pate' but it's a bit dry and "pasty", really hard to get out of the can. The spoon has a hard time going through it. I would have liked it to be a bit more soft. It's like the old dried out paste/glue consistency that I remember using in kindergarten. Other than that, if I add a lot of water to it, it works. BTW, the Duck flavor was even more gluish than the Turkey.

  • None of my cats would eat

    By on

I was very hopeful this would be another brand I could add to my cats diet. I have one who needs to be a diet that has only turkey protein, and there are few products offer that, this one did. My cats like the dry but no one will eat this. Ingredients look good.

  • Siamese cat loves this

    By on

My 13-year-old cat loves this. I switched to this brand after they changed the ingredients in the Nutro Perfect Portions. The turkey flavor actually smells like turkey. She gets half of a 3 oz can each feeding, and I just add a tablespoon of water to offset the denseness of the pate. If they would just leave out the dried peas, it would be perfect.

  • This is the worst food I have ever tried

    By on

The consistency of this food is different with each can you open. The moisture level is basically non-existent, you can't even completely wash out the can because the food is so thick & dry it sticks to the can and the top. Sometimes the cans are only 1/2 full. Sometimes my cat would eat it right away, and others he would turn his nose up at immediately. I wasted so much money throwing out pretty much 1/2 of what I had bought. I will never purchase again.

  • Katinka & Mookie give this one paw up.

    By on

While my fine felines really like other varieties of Whole Earth, the turkey is not a big hit. The pate is VERY thick, which is what I think puts them off. I find adding a bit of water to it makes it more palatable to them, but I won't order this one again.
