Very Sturdy!
This thing comes not put together, but it wasn't hard to do with the numbered parts and instructions that came with it. My cat, Schooley, was all over it while putting it together and loved being in and on it the first few days. Sadly, she is a finicky feline who is the boss of our house and the condo is just sitting alone now as she has gotten bored and she is too good for it now. I even moved it in front of the window and opened the curtain to see if that would help. She turns her nose up at it because we are all beneath her. LOL
Wonderful Product!
I purchased this for my eight week old kitten. She loves it. I can’t say enough about the quality of this cat tree. The material wasn’t shedding everywhere and the assembly was so easy. It took me about an hour and a half, but I did it by myself and proud of it. I would highly recommend this cat tree to anyone. My kitten loves the ball with the bell, the most.

Instant hit!
The hardest thing about putting this together was convincing my cats to let me have the parts. They kept trying to run off with sections, and that was before catnip was added. This tree seems to have everything my girls want- a variety of scratching posts, a ball, plenty of places to hide.

Great, but could use improvement in one area
So my cats took to this so quickly, I had to deal with them playing on it AS I was building it! The build probably took about 40 mins total, and I am a pretty handy person - even used an electric drill in some places to help speed the process (but used carefully so bolts weren’t made too tight). But I think that’s an acceptable amount of time for putting this together.
My kitties absolutely love it. And they really enjoy the perch on the top. I like that it is larger than most perches with a soft, cushiony edge for them to rest their heads on. The tower is tall where they feel like they’re up in the air with a good bird’s eye view of below, but it’s not too tall, and it doesn’t take up a whole lot of floor space like most do. My cats constantly play on it, and the little tunnel like houses are neat and fun for them.
The only downside I found was the second story scratching post. I wish they had extended the sisal rope to the top of the post (see photo). It only covers the center section, however. It basically has just loosely adhered, easily rippable fluffy carpet around the top and bottom that didn’t last more than two weeks. One of my cats is kind of long/tall so he always reaches just beyond the sisal rope. The carpet just began shedding in tufts of fluff, and I didn’t want them eating it, so I went on and cut the dangling remains from the post (some is in my hand in the photo). I can see that underneath is made of a very tough and sturdy cardboard, though, which is good. I am probably going to purchase some sisal rope myself and just wrap the now blank area with it and use a heavy duty staple gun to put it in place.
Overall, great product, just could use some tweaking with the scratching post part.

Workable for younger cats, not great for me
This cat tree is sturdy and decently constructed, but it ended up not being what I was looking for.
(1) I have a senior/geriatric cat who benefits from smaller steps and an easier climb. There are platforms on this tree but they’re a little small and stacked too closely for my old cat to easily use. He actually fell off the second highest level yesterday.
(2) The bed at the top level of the tree doesn’t have a removable cover. My cat is a huge stickler for cleanliness and stops sleeping in places once they’re dirty. He also has minor bathroom issues in his bed sometimes. It will take extra effort to clean his bed if I can’t throw it in the wash, and I suspect he’ll stop using it quickly (he’s a percher and doesn’t spend much time on lower levels).
Otherwise the cat tree doesn’t have any glaring defects. The scratching posts aren’t placed conveniently but my cat has a separate post that he uses instead of this one.
Cat tree
My cats/6 week old kittens LOVE this things.... AND so do I. Nice size! Good places to 'hide'. Great for climbing. Downside is that the ball and the elastic could have been a little long.er and needed some more pizzazz then a small tinkling bell....so I added some of my own.
Sturdy
Seems quite nice and VERY soft, if a little annoying to put together on your own. Real heavy, but that seems like a plus, if you have a cat that's liable to launch themselves off the top platform. Unfortunately my cat would rather sleep on the cold hard coffee table. But it seems nice for a normal cat lol
Perfect for my kitten
I recently adopted a blind kitten and this cat tower is perfect for him. Excellent quality and easy to put together. He mastered the ramp the first day and now I find him sleeping on the top area. I hung some additional toys from it and he loves it.

Cute
I got the pink one for my new kitten and it's really cute. Fits well in my daughter's bedroom. But it was really hard to put together. Some screws have to be put in upside down and there was one screw I could not get in!
