Are they staying put on the steps to prevent a dog coming down the stairs from slipping?

This tread does have rubber nubs on the back to help keep it in place, however, they are small and could be kickable. The manufacturer has heard that a lot of people use a double sided sticky tape to help hold in place.
Can these be cut to size or are they offered in different sizes?

This tread is not intended to be cut and measure 30 inches long by 8.5 inches wide.
These steps are worth the money. They are soft but durable in all kinds of weather. I had stair strips that started bothering my dog's feet and she started hesitating

Good grip but far too expensive

Solved step issues with one issue
My pets and I really like the stair treads the only issue I'm having is that I have to go get double sided tape cause they are always moving they don't stay in place

Nice for Outside
I got these for my 4 deck stairs. The stay put most of the time and they are not too heavy. I like that they do not really hold water and are easy to shake out
I got these for my 4 deck stairs. The stay put most of the time and they are not too heavy. I like that they do not really hold water and are easy to shake out. It’s nice that they have no openings for mud, ice and grass to get stuck in. They are thin, but do work well. I also feel safer walking on the stairs on wet mornings.

Seems to be good quality dosen't sit flat yet but that could because it shipped rolled and not flat. Seems to have taken a bit of a curl. I believe it will work
Seems to be good quality dosen't sit flat yet but that could because it shipped rolled and not flat. Seems to have taken a bit of a curl. I believe it will work itself out with time. Rubber backing sticks to stairs well and the dogs seem to like it just fine. Looks like it should be long lasting and durable. These are also not as thick as they look in the photo which is actually better since it dosen't change your step height by much. I will likely order some in different colors in the future just to change things up.

Perfect for my old girl
These treads are perfect. The are quite thick and the rubber backing means I don't have to tack them down on my wood floors. They were a bit pricy for 4 but I ended

Disappointed
Disappointed in these Bungalow Flooring steps. They were not wrapped in plastic and during the pandemic came in a box that was damaged with holes in it therefore
Disappointed in these Bungalow Flooring steps. They were not wrapped in plastic and during the pandemic came in a box that was damaged with holes in it therefore making them dirty and exposed to the elements and who knows what else with the pandemic still going on. These stair treads were all rolled in the box and then, when placed on the steps, would not even sit flat on the step without buckling. Major tripping hazard. There should have been more care in shipping and packaging this item.
