    pretty much worthless

    By on

I was really disappointed by this. My kitten uses her paws all the time and loves playing but wouldn’t use this at all. It barely tips so if she didn’t dig each piece out she got nothing. I had to go back to a bowl just to get her to eat. I found a different puzzle feeder elsewhere that tips all the way and I think that will work much better. Aside from the product dislike, chewy was quick and efficient as always with delivery!

    Not a favorite

My kitten strongly prefers the dog's feeding toys to this. He'll use it, but only if I use something high value in it. He doesn't use his paws to manipulate items very much. But, for a cat who uses their paws a lot, this would be a great item.

    The Purr-fect feeding option

    By on

This is making my change to not over feeding an option and I put less in their bowls & if they need a snack during day when I'm at work....they can work a little for it!

    Meeeeehhhhhh

    By on

My cat has teensy paws (she’s not a fulladult yet, but not a kitten) and she struggles to get little bits of kibble out of this. The ring around the ball is so large that it doesn’t allow the ball to actually be tipped or batted around, so it’s not that fun for her. She ignores it.

    Loved this!

One of our cats uses MANY different feeders to keep him busy and active. This one seems to be in favorite. I think he loves that it combines toy with food and he can slide it around and it wobbles and moves.

My cat has no interest in this and has not gone anywhere near it. I would not recommend this item.

Great for extra food or treats

    By on

These toys were at the place where I adopted my cat. I saw him fishing food out of it so I knew he would know how to use it. My cat is a grazer so I put extra food in one in the event he eats all his food from his food dish and wants more and a 2nd one that I put a few treats in. He does use them, although I think he would prefer I give him extra treats and food and not make him work for it, haha!

    Disappointing

I have switched my girls over to puzzle balls/ feeders (except my picky eater). They each have their preference for the type they use. I have one that prefers the ones with holes to reach in. I got this mainly for her to have another option. I like them to have variety. However, this is a no go. It's a bit smaller than expected. Which would be fine but my two youngest are BIG cats with big paws. The main one I got this for has the biggest and furriest (she's long haired). Her paw fits in fine. It's trying to scoop any food out that is impossible for her. None of the others have had any luck with this either. And I've tried. I am very disappointed in this one. … more

    Keeps him occupied

    By on

It’s great to keep my two year old Maine Coons occupied! We recently moved from a house with lots of windows and birds outside for him to watch, to an apartment with only a few windows and no birds to be watched. So I needed something to keep him busy; he started to eat dog hair bc he was bored, such a weirdo. Anyways, it took him about a week to become interested in this toy, but now he loves it! I fill it with about 4-5 treats when I leave, or if he seems bored and it keeps him busy. I definitely recommend this cat gadget, but give it time, they may not be interested initially. Side note, my older cat is not interested in it, he would rather take a nap and be hand fed treats LOL. Great for It’s great to keep my two year old Maine Coons occupied!
