Is it possible to just remove the stainless bowl for daily cleaning, or will the station need to be completely disassembled for cleaning?

The stainless steel bowl can be removed from the base and washed separately. The top needs to be lifted first to remove it.

Is this fountain battery operated or plug in?

This water station does not use electricity, it refills using gravity. It features a flow-control valve that refills the bowl with bottle-fresh water as your pet drinks.

What are the bowl dimensions for the medium and large, i.e. what is the diameter? (Just the part that is the "bowl" not the whole stainless steel part.) I have the small, but I think I need to upgrade for my new XL cat.

The diameter for the Small bowl is approximately 3 3/4 inches, the diameter for the Medium bowl is approximately 4 inches, and the diameter of the Large bowl is approximately 5 inches.

Is there anyway to tell when the water level is getting low?

Although the reservoir is opaque, the water level may be seen from the outside.

pretty nice

it’s nice to not have to constantly fill the water bowl! the water container is a bit strange, in that it has a black attachment on top for a handle(?) but it isn’t

I really like the ability to clean the reservoir. Water flows easily into the stainless steel tray and I can easily see when it gets low and needs refilling. The

I really like the ability to clean the reservoir. Water flows easily into the stainless steel tray and I can easily see when it gets low and needs refilling. The stainless steel tray is good looking and easy to clean as well. Overall, it looks nice and is well designed. I don't use the filter because I put a dental additive in the water.

Water from the water tank doesn’t leak into bowl

The water tank is supposed to flow into the bowl when a lever between the tank and the bowl gets low enough. But that doesn’t happen. I’ve tried two of these now
