Every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

Very disappointed with this toy. My dog only played with it about 2 hours and the rope fell apart and the ball went bouncing off. The ball is tough enough, if only it wouldnt have fallen apart.

Within the first hour my 25lb doodle had worked out all the letters on the ball. I didn’t realize the letters of “fetch” were made of rubber and inlayed into the ball. My dog ate half the letters before I could get to him. The other half I had to search and find in his mouth!
... the rope was no better! Cheaply made and was in shreds before the end of the day.
Spooner can't leave it alone.

Our dog loves this toy, he would sit and look at the basket it's in for hours if he needed to.
The only thing I wish it had was a stronger rope as he loves to chew and chewed through it within a couple of hours.
Fun tug toy for my puppy

I brought my puppy home yesterday and she is already enjoying her tug toy! She is still too small to put the ball into her mouth, but she uses the rope to play. I like that this is a sturdy toy that she can grow into!
Super ball tug

I have a large & strong ball tugger and this toy lasts!!!
Easy to throw & doesn't split like tennis balls.

Strong enough to use as a tug reward for my GSD, exactly what I hoped
Not for rope chewers

We got this because she likes to try to get us to tug at a ball in her mouth, but we don't want to put our fingers too near her teeth. Within the first few minutes, I noticed she was pulling off the blue letters, so I pulled the rest off myself and gave it back. Then she began chewing up the rope. It didn't take long to chew right through. There are some pieces of rope left, so tugging with her is still possible, but she usually brings us her orbee-tuff squeak ball for that. I would replace a stronger rope, but this one has a big knot inside the ball, and can't be pulled out through the small holes. I'm sure this ball would be great for a dog that doesn't prefer to chew up the rope. My silver lab destroys everything in her path. so far this is holding up and she loves it! my favorite part is how easy the rope makes it to throw for her....over and over and over again :)
not a strong rope

With in 5 min of playing with this with my dog the rope broke apart. It’s kinda of expensive for a ball toy that doesn’t even stay together.
nice toy for bigger breeds, but too big for my pup
on Sep 3, 2020
I ordered this for my adult mini schnoodle since she loves to play tug, but this ball was way too big, hard, and heavy. She instead enjoys the rope which she tries to use to drag the ball around. I wouldn’t suggest for smaller breeds.
