This is the third time I've received a package of damaged cans from Chewy (first time was for the Hills C/D cans, so it clearly seems to be a warehouse issue). Two packages in a row of the Purina UR food have come with most of the cans damaged. The box was fine, so it wasn't FedEx's fault, the problem came from the Chewy warehouse and poor quality control. Every single can has a large dent in it. I cannot believe Chewy would sell food like this. Don't they know that dented cans can harbor botulism, which can KILL an animal? I'll throw these away, but I feel bad from the reviewer below who said they'll still feed their cat the cans, as they might not know that you shouldn't feed food from damaged cans, as even a small dent along the rim can be dangerous. The worst part is, when I called Chewy to ask for a refund for the damaged cans, they told me I had to package and return the cans. Why should I have to waste any of my time for their error, especially when the cans aren't resealable? Please do better Chewy, fix your warehouse quality control, or I'll find somewhere else to buy from.

We love this food for our very picky senior kitty. We spoon out the chunks, blend it with a little water, then top with the gravy. But chewy stopped packing the food so it keeps arriving with busted and damaged cans. It messes up our auto ship schedule. While they always refund the damaged cans, it’s really inconvenient and a very simple fix. I hope this pattern can be corrected.

I'm glad I just purchased a few cans of this flavour to try. My cats ate the gravy off the fake soy 'meat', and some vomited after eating it. I liked that this didn't have carrageenan or sodium tripolyphosphate in it, which is in a lot of the other urinary canned foods. I also liked it was lower in carbs than Hill's wet foods, but unfortunately, it made some of them vomit and a lot of pieces of the fake soy 'meat' were left behind on their plates. For the price it should contain real meat, not soy 'meat'. I'm trying out different urinary foods for my cats at the moment, I'm not sure what will agree with them, but this definitely didn't agree with some of them.

I have asked multiple times for Chewy to make sure FedEx leaves our autoship order in our carport. We have a couple reasons for this. One, we live in Arizona and I cant have an expensive prescription food left in the sun in this state, a s hot as it gets here. Two, we font need visibility for someone to steal this as it is far too expensive to be stolen. Im ready to cancel my autoship!!!!!!

My cat is a fish lover and, when I first put this into her bowl, she went right for it. But she was just lapping up the gravy. The fairly large chunks of salmon went mostly untouched. It was an odd texture for cat food, even a "chunky" variety, because the chunks were unusually large for cat food. My cat didn't like them. The flavor was fine; the texture a firm "no, thanks."

Our boy loves this!

This was prescribed for our boy when he was hospitalized for a bladder infection. He has been eating it since and loves it. Also, we have not had more bladder issues
