When our cat went into acute kidney failure our vet suggested hydration via sub Q IVs. As always Chewy had what I needed and all items were shipped lightning fast. In effect they reduced what could have been a stressful task and wait to a few minutes of clicking a keyboard. Thank you chewy. Loyal customer, I can't say that about many other services I use.
I was nervous about ordering fluids for my cat Nilo. The pharmacy reached out to his veterinarian and resolved any confusion I had and the order was placed. Nilo was back on his fluids in no time. Again, thank you Chewy for all the help you have given us over these many years.
Ordered 5 bags total....they seem extremely flimsy. One bag did not survive transit and turned the cardboard box that the fluid bags were delivered in a sloppy wet mess. So now we have four bags. Hopefully these will hold up enough to actually provide sub q fluids to our cat but time will tell...
I really appreciate how quickly I have received the Vetivex from you. I need this for daily subq treatment for my terrier with kidney failure. Twice it has shipped on Sunday and I received it Monday afternoon. The speed is a Lifesaver fot my dog.
This is the same product that was given to me from my vet at 90% less than what they charge.
Lactated Ringers solution is the exact same recipe, no matter how much you pay for it. It's a standard formula, no matter where you buy it. Vetivex makes good Lactated Ringers. It hydrates your pet, and it supports healthy electrolyte balance. Vetivex is competitively priced, and comes in PVC Free, DEHP Free and Latex Free Bags.
Work well to give fluids to my dog.
Great price for necessary fluids for our Yorkie with kidney disease.
Love that this is DEHP free and don't have to worry about toxic chemicals leaching into my cat's SQ fluids. The port is a little different than what I was used to and made me worry at first when it kept pushing the IV set out a little bit more than other bags, but it's never fallen out.
This solution was an awesome way to give my sweet baby Oliver a little more pep in his step.
