ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

CRITICAL WARNING: DO NOT CUT THE ZIP TIE! DO NOT CUT THE PLASTIC ZIP TIE SECURING THE DOOR UNTIL THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETELY FINISHED!

Emergency Fix: If a zip tie is accidentally cut, it's okay! Use the spare zip ties we provided to re secure the components before continuing with the operation.

1.Use the Gate's Flexibility: This gate is made of high-quality metal and is slightly flexible to fit different doorway widths. When installing, gently stretch or compress the gate to fit the doorway. Do not force it, as excessive bending may damage the gate.

2.Pre-Installation & Measurement: Before purchasing our products, please measure the width of your opening (doorway, hallway, or bottom of stairs) to ensure proper fit. Ensure the mounting surfaces are clean, solid, and completely flat on both sides.

3.Stability: In our door sill products, the primary gate MUST be centered in the doorway. This configuration ensures even pressure distribution across all mounting surfaces and prevents tension loss due to uneven loading, while securely attaching add-on panels-such as the left and right curved bars-via locking clips.

4.Clever Curved Railing Design: Engineered for maximum safety and adaptability, these curved panels eliminate sharp 90-degree corners to prevent pet limbs or collars from getting dangerously trapped, maintain clear, unobstructed sightlines that reduce separation anxiety for your pet, and seamlessly contour to irregular wall configurations or stair banisters while structurally deflection-testing to absorb impact from larger, energetic dogs.

5.Pressure Mount or Screw Installation: For a pressure-mounted setup, gradually turn the top and bottom adjustment knobs or screws until the gate is pressed securely against the doorway, while for a screw-mounted installation, simply secure the wall brackets according to the manual before locking the gate into place-making sure to tighten everything gradually so it is completely secure without overtightening.

6.Snip the Zip Tie & Check Gate Operation and Lock: Now that the gate is securely pressurized and locked in place, use a pair of scissors to cut and remove the plastic zip tie. Make sure the gate opens and closes smoothly. Test the safety lock (single-hand operation, auto-close, or hold-open feature) to ensure your pet cannot open it easily.

7.Final Safety Check: Gently shake the gate to confirm stability. Ensure the gate sits flush against walls or floors with no wobbling. Keep the area around the gate free of sharp edges to prevent injury to pets or children.

8.Maintenance Tips: Periodically check screws or pressure pads to maintain a secure fit. Clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh or corrosive cleaners.
