Important Information

Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.

Effective and Well Tolersted

This is my go-to product when the fleas threaten to take over. The house we rent previously had cats inside and out. The fleas initially were overwhelming our indoor cats. We finally had to dose our cats 7 days apart before settling into the monthly routine. All our cats barely register when we apply their monthly dose. I know that some cats will react strongly and even get sick, but in the 2 decsdes we've been rehoming stray and dumped cats, none of them have ever gotten sick from the application of this product. Some of our cats were dealong with other issues but still tolerated this product well. I can recommend it's worth a try if you're willing to stick to 3-4 monthly application schedule to break the flea life cycle.

Did Not Work !

We do not have fleas anywhere else except on our cat and 10 days after treatment I am still finding full grown fleas actively crawling on and biting her. Also it gave her diarrhea which was not fun for anyone. I have used other products that were immediately effective. Someone thought I was just being cheap but no it actually worked best.

Easy flea treatment

Please flea treat indoor animals! Especially if you live in an apartment complex that allows pets. better safe than sorry. We have lots of dogs walking around outside and some how a flea got on our indoor cat. Usually it is a fight to get Monkey to get her flea treatment. This one was easy to use. No bad smells. No hair loss. Dries quickly. Works very quickly too!

for the outdoor ferals

besides my own indoor cats, i'm taking care of two outdoor ferals. they let me pet them and i'm able to put the drops on without them even realizing it. they go into the woods where the deer are so i'm trying my best to protect them as much as possible from fleas and ticks.

something changed

I saw somebody else mention a possible formula change, and I wanted to chime in and say this is also what I thought. I have been using this for about a year on my cat with no issues. Recently, I opened a new box and gave it to my cat and she had a bad reaction (drooling, lethargy, drowsiness, overall not acting herself) almost immediately after applying. I ended up having to bathe her with Dawn to get all the product off. I did not do much research on the topic, but even the vet could not see why this would happen suddenly when I have been using the same product for a year - the only explanation they could offer was a formula change. Just wanted to throw that out there as a caution to keep an eye on your cats after giving them this even if you've been using it for a while!

Great Product!

I started using this on my cat almost a year ago, she had a bad flea allergy, scabs under her chin, on her ears, and various parts of her body from scratching so much. She was losing hair on her back. Started using this and now she has no scabs for the first time in her life, and her hair has grown back thicker than ever. This is a wonderful product I highly recommend!

DISAPPOINTED

Years ago, I used Advantage on all my dogs and cats and it was really great. I believe it was made by Bayer. I have put this on my 6 mos old kittens and within one week, they are scratching and digging again. They came with fleas and I am having a hard time getting rid of them. Never had this problem with all the dogs and cats I have had. Was going to contact your pharmacy to see what else I could use but when I tried that before, there were so many questions, etc. Ughh!
