Doesn't play with it how you expect
At first, he had no interest in these. They aren't bouncy like his springs, so he didn't get much fun out of batting them around. BUT he did eventually find a way to play with them. He enjoys straightening them out using his paws and teeth, so I just curl one around my finger and toss it and watch him get to work. He also likes to take one he's straightened and push it back and forth under a door or when I wiggle it under a door for him to chase and pounce on. It took him a couple weeks to figure out how to get joy out of these and now it's one of his regulars, so don't assume it's a bust if it's not an instant hit!
Very cute but cat hair sticks to it
I bought plastic spring toys in the past and my cat loved them. However, they were so loud on the hardwood floors. I bought these because they are soft and do not make noise. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is that they collect tons of cat hair! Due to the material, cat hair just sticks to them. They also lose their shape easy.
Not great for a picky cat
Honestly the lack of stars is due to my cat's personal taste, not lack of quality. My cat is THE pickiest about her toys and she didn't even look at these when I took them out of the box. Oh well, onto the next
Favorite Fetch Toys
Bartok’s favorite toys used to be pipe cleaners until he punctured his mouth with the wire and we had to remove them. He later found these toys at the bottom of his toy bin and he has been using them ever since. I was searching everywhere for more of them, and I’m so glad they are back on Chewy. I just ordered three more packages for him and he’s gonna be so excited! He is obsessed with playing fetch with them, and they are his go-to toy. They are safe to use, which makes me one happy cat mom. :)
Kitties love them
Both my 1-yr old and 12-yr old cats love these! They play with them on their own and carry them around, and they love it when there is interactive play, too.
Endless hours of fun
My cat loves these toys. I throw one and she chases it. Then will play with it, by herself, endlessly. Her favorite is to throw it in the air then pounce on it.
Lightweight and fun
My cat love to fling these around the room. She also likes that her claws can grab onto the fabric material. They do come uncoiled - but are easy to coil back up and get back to the original shape.
Twisty Cat toy
My cats LOVE toy springs, I'm not sure why. But I bought these hoping they wouldn't roll under all the furniture as much. So far they're a hit. Will purchase again when my cats inevitably lose these ones!
My cat loves hair ties. I took these, tied them into a circle, and my cat is entertained all day. She didn't really care for them shaped as springs, only circles haha.
A good choice
I have four cats, so there was of course, a mixed reaction. Two don't care, two love them. My boys who really like the plastic springs were not as impressed with these. I'm guessing because they don't skitter across the floor as fast or as noisy. My other two, one of who is obsessed with stealing q- tips and the other who enjoys chewing shoe laces, really like these springs. They enjoy batting them around and stretching them out. I will definitely be getting more when these get to worn to hold curl.
