As the owner of my cat I wasn’t really happy with the litter box design. When you close the tabs on each side of the box and go to lift it once the litter is inside,

As the owner of my cat I wasn’t really happy with the litter box design. When you close the tabs on each side of the box and go to lift it once the litter is inside, it doesn’t do well when you lift the box as they flip open. So you are not able to take it to the destination where you place the box without lifting the whole litter box. Maybe put better closing grips to better hold the weight of the box together with the litter.

Size, cost or Quality ?

I have a 20yr old cat. She is the last of the 4 I took in yrs ago. She has 2 pans but stopped using her pee pan. She pees on puppy pads in front of her pan. Tried

I have a 20yr old cat. She is the last of the 4 I took in yrs ago. She has 2 pans but stopped using her pee pan. She pees on puppy pads in front of her pan. Tried several things Litter changes, calming diffusers. Baking soda lightly over clean litter in her old pan helped for a little bit. New pan didn't help. Vet thinks Dementia. Anyway...... Most pans are small anymore. I wanted a large pan. This is large. I left off the door. There's a inspection hood on top. Good thinking! Only draw back is the plastic is thin. So people who add litter instead of cleaning it out regularly MAY have a cracking issue when picked up full POSSIBLY.

These litter boxes keep the litter contained. Some of my cats are over-exhuberant about moving litter around. I used to have to sweep the litter from in front and behind the litter boxes. Now it's mainly contained to the front. With the flap installed, I wasn't sure the cats would like it, but they went right in. I love the smooth bottoms making litter pans easier to pick through. Very reasonable for the quality.

My cat is 15 years old and she is getting very picky about everything, from food to her litter box. I tried 3 other set ups before this one and she wouldn't use

My cat is 15 years old and she is getting very picky about everything, from food to her litter box. I tried 3 other set ups before this one and she wouldn't use them. This one has a large door with a removable flap, which is nice because my cat was freaked out by the flap. The lid stays on securely but also it comes of easily with two hinges on the sides when you need to clean it. It also has a flip top so if you just need to scoop one thing you don't need to take the whole lid completely off. I love this handy feature. I gave it 4 stars only because the plastic that it is made out of could be a little bit thicker, but I still would recommend this litter box. So would my cat!
