This works well if you follow the directions is spraying generously onto the litter and I find it helps to mix it throughout the litter, then any odor just disappears afterward :)
Doesn't work on my wood litter at all. Fully saturated, smell is just as bad. Even spraying it in the region didn't help. Maybe it works best with corn litter?
We've been using this for several years. We use the unscented and it immediately takes care of the litterbox odors
This Nature's Miracle Litter Deodorizer really works well, I'm very pleased with it. I've tried other deodorizers and they didn't work. This is a good product!
This stuff is great! If you have a cat or dog, you should be using the Nature's Miracle products. It can be used directly in the litter box or as an aerosol.
Recently bought a very expensive automatic litter box, which I loved most everything about it except that it REEKED of cat poop. The issue was that the plastic drawer and also the plastic base had ABSORBED the cat poop odor and no amount of bleaching, soaking, scrubbing, charcoal filters, Clorox Wiping, etc. would resolve it. Even after taking the whole drawer outside for a good bleach soak and hose down...the drawer smelled rotten. And it made the whole room reek. I was literally spending more time and mental energy trying to find a solution to the odorous plastic than I used to spend scooping the cat box. I was ready to return the cat box to the manufacturer and go back to regular scooping when I discovered the Nature's Miracle line of litter box cleaners. The 2-month-long issue has been completely resolved. Simply amazing. I'm using all 3 products. I use the Nature's Miracle Litter Box Odor Destroyer spray directly on the litter and inside the drum when I change the drawer liner 2-3 times a week. Then, I use the Nature's Miracle Litter Box Wipes to wipe down the drawer inside & out before replacing the liner, and also I wipe inside the base of the Loo where the drawer sits. When it's time for the monthly deep-cleaning of the Loo, I use the Nature's Miracle Litter Box Cleaner Foam and it is AMAZING. I just sprayed the whole interior and exterior of the dome with this foam and left it sitting. I returned about 15-20 min later and this foam had powered through and dissolved clumps of clay litter that had stuck to the walls and residual cat mess that was stuck to the walls. I didn't even have to scrub anything...I just hosed it out. After it dried it completely passed the sniff test. It smelled like rubber...no cat poop odors at ALL. And totally clean. The room where the Loo sits no longer reeks. I'm using the same liners and the same litter, the only other change that I've made is to change the drawer liner 3x/week instead of 2x/week (2 cats). This stuff WORKS. Period. And I'm keeping my Loo, thanks to Nature's Miracle.
My mother-in-law uses this and gave me a partial bottle. I'm very skeptical of cleaners that claim to actually eliminate pet odors (many I have tried have masked the odor with heavy perfumes that are not pleasant for anyone). This stuff actually works and seems to be helping steer my elderly cat back to the 'proper' location for elimination (in the litterbox). Also seems effective even on older/lingering stains from the previous cats who lived here before us.
Use it as directed, and it WORKS, not only for litter boxes but for rugs, bedspreads, once even a mattress!
I use this to cut down the dust on the cat litter also. It helps with the cat box odor too.
It refreshing the smell oh the litter box so the cats think they are in fresh litter
