Works like a charm
Was better than expected and it was in the rain and worked great
Poor tech support
As described, this product was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, when I first tried to set it up, I was prompted about a firmware update. It failed. I followed directions to retry, but it failed again. From that point on, it was progressively worse with each new attempt. I sent the logs, as requested until I finally just requested a refund. I have not heard back from Wyze since. Will try to return it to Chewy, if possible, but I'm done with Wyze.
Great WYZE product!
This is just what I was looking for. I am very pleased with WYZE products and this will work just great
