"Crunchy" is an Understatement

These treats are very appropriately named! I tried to break one in half and couldn't. My dog has kidney disease but thankfully, still has a good appetite. I usually give her a small amount of her special food when the other dogs get a treat. I wanted her to be able to enjoy a treat so we tried these and the soft treats, which she really liked. (I ordered these in spite of so many reviews that mentioned how hard they are. Those people weren't exaggerating!) Rather than wasting the whole bag, I tried putting one in a small dish and pouring a little water over it. After a few minutes, it was edible. I will continue to serve these to Willow in a small dish, softened with water, because she really did like the taste. If you don't want to go to that trouble, try the softer treats that are also made by Hills. She loves those and can eat them easily.

Both my girls said "no thanks!"

I was trying to order prescription treats (which we had purchased several times before) that I knew my dogs liked. I even spoke on the phone with a Chewy rep and they said this is what I had before. It definitely is not and, sadly, my picky eaters won't touch them. I finally looked into my order history a year or so back and figured out what it was I really wanted... see pic attached. They love these little flower shaped urinary ones.

She likes them

I am always concerned when you can only give a prescription treat or food. But she really seems to like these and enjoys them as such.

Yummy treat

My dog really likes these treats. However, they are too big for her. Very hard to break down into bite-size pieces. I wish there was a smaller option for little dogs.

Thank You Chewy

Your responsiveness to our orders is always amazing. In this world where customer service appears to be a thing of the past, you still go above and beyond. Thank you for making ordering so easy and stress free. I tried these treats and our dog loves them and I know they are good for him. Thank you for the recommendation.

My dog just got diagnosed with kidney disease. She seems okay with this food, but she doesn’t love it.

My beagle loves them of course but it would be better if they were smaller like the Hills treat that is chicken and apple. That would be much better

I LOVE CHEWY!

The first comment I make when I call, IS I LOVE CHEWY. I have been with them for many years. I am a business woman, and have of a lot of contact with people on the phone, but never have I dealt with a company, so professional, kind and extremely knowledgable. I started using Chewy, after I saw their first commercial. I should do a commercial for you.
