2 questions: Can this be used with a grain inclusive diet? And would this possibly help with poop eating?

This supplement combats gas, facilitates regularity, firms up loose stools, and soothes and protects the GI Tract. It was not formulated to help pets stop eating feces. While this can be fed with a diet that includes grains, it works best in conjunction with a grain-free diet.

Does this need to be refrigerated ?

It is recommended to store this Supplement in a cool, dry area.

Can I use it with probiotics to my cats foods?

This supplement may be used in addition to probiotics. We also carry the The Honest Kitchen Daily Boosters Instant Goat's Milk with Probiotics for Dogs & Cats, that may be of interest.

Does this need to be mixed with water or can it just be sprinkled onto food as a powder?

This supplement is best sprinkled directly into wet food or mixed with water. We do not recommend sprinkling directly to dry food, since it may not stick and can be accidentally inhaled (instead being eaten).

Works. A MUST HAVE for pet owners

Perfect Form for dogs and cats is a staple in our dog/cat filled home. Helps clear up diarrhea in 1-3 days. Just mix the powder with water to make a paste and add

Perfect Form for dogs and cats is a staple in our dog/cat filled home. Helps clear up diarrhea in 1-3 days. Just mix the powder with water to make a paste and add to food or gentle diet. This works unless your pet needs veterinary care. Then see veterinarin but still use Perfect zform. Most upset tummies are unknown origin, perhaps eating trash or too much Thanksgiving turkey. Perfect Form could be renamed "Perfect Poop" but that's pretty subjective. It was works without traditional medicine, is safe and dogs like it!

Didn't work for my dog long term.

This supplement unfortunately did not work for my puppy. I wanted to use this rather than Forti Flora due to the fact that the ingredients are all natural, but while

I wanted to use this rather than Forti Flora due to the fact that the ingredients are all natural, but while I initially saw a change in my puppy's stool, the change didn't last. I even tried a second food with the same results. Moving on to Forti Flora to see if that works better, but I still think Honest Kitchen is a good brand. My older dog loves the bone broth and goat's milk.

I started with a third of the amount and added it to a favorite wet treat. I gradually added until I had the full amount mixed for each cat. None of the cats were

I started with a third of the amount and added it to a favorite wet treat. I gradually added until I had the full amount mixed for each cat. None of the cats were willing to eat it when I started with the full dose. Adding gradually did the trick. All three of my cats happily eat this mixed with a wet cat treat. I'm not sure how well it works, but it's certainly not hurting a thing. We're bouncing back from a diarrhea episode and have one cat that tends to be constipated. No cats had any adverse reactions to it and they all eat it, I'll call that a win!
