Will it fit a 20lb cat

We recommend measuring your pet in their natural sleeping position to find the perfect bed size. Pets who curl up to sleep can fit on a smaller bed, while pets who stretch out need a larger bed. To determine the ideal bed length, measure your pet in their normal sleeping position, then add 4-6 inches for cats. This bed measures 15.7 inches in diameter. Please see the attached photo below for reference:

The scratch pad is reversible too so you can use the other side before buying the replacement pads. There's a video in the listing that shows how to do it.

Everyone's new favorite bed

I ordered this when I adopted a new kitten, because it resembled one of his favorite beds at the rescue he came from. It has quickly become the overall favorite

I ordered this when I adopted a new kitten, because it resembled one of his favorite beds at the rescue he came from. It has quickly become the overall favorite for all 3 cats in the household (where I have ~7 beds overall). I had my doubts at first because it is not soft or cozy, simply a corrugated cardboard bowl of sorts, but the cats love it. It is definitely good quality and a nice size. I may have to get a second, or even third unless they start sharing.

I bought one of these to see how my cats would like it. I’ve previously bought just some cheap ones from the pet store that both my cats loved but quickly destroyed

I bought one of these to see how my cats would like it. I’ve previously bought just some cheap ones from the pet store that both my cats loved but quickly destroyed by scratching out all of the cardboard. This one is much higher quality and I LOVE that you can buy replacement inserts, so it’s less wasteful. Because of the higher price, I just bought one ti test out. Both of my cats love it and fight over it so I will be buying another. Worth the price in my opinion. They lounge in it all day and go crazy when I sprinkle catnip on it.

I ordered this for my male cat after noticing he liked laying on flat cardboard scratchers. As expected, he absolutely loves his bowl!!! He is a big boy (prob 18 lbs?) but he still fits, and spends hours a day curled up in it. My female cat is a fan too, so I just ordered a second one.

I went back for a second one I loved it so much!

I purchased one of these for Olivia and she absolutely loved it. She actually sleeps in it, which there are photos of other cats that aredoing the same thing. I ended up getting another kitten to be with Olivia and had to get another one of these so each one of them have one. Again, Riley sleeps in hers. I will add some catnip towards the end of the night so that they spend some time in them before winding down for the evening. really enjoy them and I like the look as well. It looks like a piece of furniture in the living room. If you’re looking for a scratcher for your cat, I’d highly recommend one of these.

My cat loves this bed and chooses to sleep in it all the time. She doesn't scratch it as much as she just likes to sleep it in. In general, my cat doesn't like to sleep on super soft things, so if your cat is similar, I'd recommend this bed. The base is not made of actual wood, but it still looks really nice and the bed itself is sturdy.

No mess to clean!!

Mrs.Nesbit loves the cardboard scratcher’s but no matter how expensive they were they still had a tendency to leave a mess that was almost impossible to keep up

Mrs.Nesbit loves the cardboard scratcher’s but no matter how expensive they were they still had a tendency to leave a mess that was almost impossible to keep up with when you have an all hardwood floor apartment. She’s very picky about which type of sisal scratchers she will use so I was wasting a ton of money & running out of closet space for all the scratching posts she turned her nose up at. UNTIL My most recent purchase, she ABSOLUTELY loves it and spends most of her downtime curled up sleeping and has PLENTY of room for her overindulged “extra baggage” ok, she weighs 14-15 pounds. The best part is that even though she scratches away in her little cozy nest, it’s never all over my floors and the cardboard isn’t stuck all over her fur when she decides to leave her abode long enough to bless us w/her presence so it’s a win for everyone!! Definitely recommend.
