After months of research and reading reviews, I finally decided on this beautiful pink Petique all terrain cat & dog jogging stroller. Wow…best decision of 2022. LoL. I have two disabled cats, one can’t walk at all, one walks like a zombie. Needless to say they go everywhere with me, hiking, camping, all trips. This stroller is so easy to load in and out of the car, truck and van. Quick to assemble and load the fur kids in and on our way we go. Nothing stopped us! Rocks all along the beach, no problem. Sand, mud, river passes. We handled it all with ease. The rubber tires aired up perfectly with the suspension of the frame just made pushing 30lbs of cats and extra gear so dang easy and fun. We are no longer limited with this stroller and the brakes are awesome. So absolutely happy with this purchase. We’ve been using it 2 months now and the materials and hardware are still flawless. Now the hand pump that comes with it is a joke. Would not pump up tires at all. The company should save money and just not send it, kinda makes you think that if they’re sending you this junk, worthless hand pump, then what quality is the stroller going to be. Luckily not the case with this stroller.
We have two big dogs and a small senior beagle who is a front leg amputee. He can generally keep up but often ends up being carried which was miserable for all of us. This stroller goes everywhere we go...from forest trails to beaches. It has a little trouble pushing through soft sand on 3 wheels but we just push through on the back two and it's not a problem! It also collapses easily for traveling. It has been a life changer, we LOVE this stroller!
I bought this stroller for my 13 year old corgi Lisa. She has difficulty walking now, but still wants to go. This stroller is incredible. It is light weight. Very easy to maneuver. I take it over grass covered hills with zero effort and I am 72. Easy to get in the car and fold up. I am thrilled with this purchase and Lisa loved it immediately.
I am still skeptical about returning this item as my cats are so used to going out all together now, however; the quality is horrible for the price. I was so excited for this stroller after so much researching I said this is the one. I am not sure why would they think it is okay to give such a low quality of materials for this price? I mean, I had to wait so long and plan my budget to afford this, but hey ANYTHING for my pets. I wish it was worth it though. I am grateful for the quality of the tires, I tried several other strollers and their tires were plastic, however; this one has solid tires so it is so easy to push. But other parts are just low quality, I mean I bought a door screen for $15 at homedepot, my cats climb the door everyday and nothing has happened to it, this one was torn in less than two weeks. The front zip is such a bummer, it keeps getting jammed, I advice to not take out your pets outside because it might get stuck while you try to put them back in there. I am so disappointed at this purchase but glad that Chewy has such amazing customer service.
We have an 11 year old, 40 pound, medium-sized dog covered in arthritis. She can't walk for long periods of time but loves to be outside so we took a chance on this stroller. When we first opened it up, we were worried it was too small for her but she fit in it pretty well once she got comfortable. She was a little nervous about it for her first ride but she took to it right away on the second trip. She prefers the front flap open and the "seat belt" kept her from jumping out. We successfully went on a 3 mile hike together this weekend and we can't wait for more adventures together! The only complaint so far is that the air pump that came with it is awful. We'll use a bike pump in the future.
We bought this for a dog we adopted that has a lot of fears due to being rescued from a hoarding situation. At first she was very nervous being out in it, but it did not take long until she jumps right in to join us and our other dog for a walk. She is secure inside it and it is so easy to push and maneuver with a 40 pound dog in it. It does seem to want to tip back at times if she shifts all her weight to the back, so I just keep ahold of the handle which is adjustable height.
I bought the Petique stroller for my 2 senior dogs, a mini schnoodle and chihuahua. It is a good quality stroller and designed for compact living. I fold it up and put it in the back of my car, which is an easy thing to do. I recommend this stroller for anyone looking for a well made, compact stroller.
My dog had a bad fall and the vet suspected a ruptured disc. She has been unable to use her hind legs for a couple weeks, but we are hoping she recovers with various non-surgical treatments. In the meantime, she’s been missing her daily 2 mile walk (and so have I). So I researched all the dog strollers and decided on this one, mostly because it holds more weight than most, and is more rugged/sporty. Very happy with my purchase. Pros: VERY smooth. Our sidewalks are uneven and my dog doesn’t seem to care one bit when she’s cruising in her buggy. Haven’t yet taken it on hiking trails, but plan to and think it will be fine. The size is perfect for my dog, a 23 lb. Mini-Poodle mix (she’s about the size of a Cocker Spaniel). The interior fits a standard pillow perfectly, which I recommend as the included bed is not that plush. Easy to set up and use - Steering is effortless. Wheels (tires?) pop on and off, storage is great for phone, keys, a couple small items, but not much else. Inner leashes are good if your dog prefers to have the front screen pulled up (leashes will keep the dog from trying to lunge out). Cons: As another reviewer stated, the zippers are “janky”. Seriously, considering you have to get the dog in and out each time (meaning zip and unzip, unless you just keep it open always), sturdier zippers would be nice. The front panel doesn’t stay “up” if your dog prefers the open air, so I used a binder clip to hold the flap back. The tires arrived not fully inflated. After reading other reviews about the included pump, I just used my bike tire pump which worked great (it has a PSI gauge so I made sure not to exceed the recommended 35 PSI per tire). Overall, this has been great for giving my dog some exciting variety during her days of bed rest. She will hopefully recover, but it will be gradual, so her buggy will always be there as back-up.
it’s hands down an amazing jogging stroller - it rides smoothly, you can go up and down bumps or curbs with ease, and it can glide into a tight turn easily. The downside is how expensive it is and not knowing if it’s something you can actually use or not until using it. I only took it about two blocks before realizing I can’t use this stroller with my new puppy. It’s just far too sensitive of a stroller and makes jogging extremely difficult in my area. It might work if I stayed in the middle of the street, but the front wheel is so sensitive that every driveway we crossed the stroller would fight to go down it. Of course if I were just walking this wouldn’t be an issue but that’s not the intent of the stroller. Hopefully chewy will take it back and offer it to someone as an open box item but I’ll need to reach out to them and see. Fingers crossed.
I wanted to love this stroller. I spent a ton of time researching and kept coming back to this one. So, I bought it. Unfortunately, I don't love it and here is why... 1) Tires came flat so I tried and tried to use the cheesy air pump that they send with this $250.00 stroller and all I can say is...they should be embarrassed to have that in the same box. Imagine buying a Bentley with Kia cloth seats. There ya go! PetGear has a no zip stroller with gel-filled tires ride like air, won't go flat. I would think that Petique would follow suit, guess not. Before you ask, I would have been very happy to use my pet gear, but I have to have a hip replacement and to lift her up and take her out was killing me. 2) the pump does not work, or at least mine doesn't/don't. 3) they market this stroller to hold 60 lbs. I have a 43 lb. bulldog and I would never be able to fit another dog in this stroller.. She is a small BD. Her butt hits the back of the stroller and she can lay her head inside of the stroller but there is no room left whatsoever. 4) I bought this so she would be able to walk in the stroller. Right now she is unable to due to a shoulder injury. I have to lift her in and out. The pix. i attached is my arm. The teeth of the cheap zipper has tore my arm up. Do yourself a favor, keep looking. I am going to reach out to Chewy to find out how to return this so I can get one that is better made.
