I wish there were photos with dogs in them. Can the over be opened (unzipped?) so that we have the open-air option?
Answer by ChewyApr 12, 2020
The window on top of the cabin does not open for air flow through. It has a cover, for shade, or it can be left uncovered so you can see your pet inside.

is this good for running/jogging or just for walking with the pet?
Answer by ChewyApr 10, 2020
This stroller is designed for a smooth ride, whether jogging or walking. It comes with large bike tires that are great for shock absorption as well as handling all types of terrain.

Does this stroller have a safety strap and clip inside to attach my Boston's harness to?
Answer by ChewyAug 14, 2020
There are 3 adjustable leashes inside the Petique All Terrain Dog & Cat Jogging Stroller.

What size of dog fits in it? I have a 65 lb basset hound. Do large dogs fit?
Answer by ChewyFeb 17, 2021
This stroller can support pets up to 60 pounds (30 kilograms).

Faulty tires and the pump is a complete joke

I wanted to love this stroller. I spent a ton of time researching and kept coming back to this one. So, I bought it. Unfortunately, I don't love it and here is why... 1) Tires came flat so I tried and tried to use the cheesy air pump that they send with this $250.00 stroller and all I can say is...they should be embarrassed to have that in the same box. Imagine buying a Bentley with Kia cloth seats. There ya go! PetGear has a no zip stroller with gel-filled tires ride like air, won't go flat. I would think that Petique would follow suit, guess not. Before you ask, I would have been very happy to use my pet gear, but I have to have a hip replacement and to lift her up and take her out was killing me. 2) the pump does not work, or at least mine doesn't/don't. 3) they market this stroller to hold 60 lbs. I have a 43 lb. bulldog and I would never be able to fit another dog in this stroller.. She is a small BD. Her butt hits the back of the stroller and she can lay her head inside of the stroller but there is no room left whatsoever. 4) I bought this so she would be able to walk in the stroller. Right now she is unable to due to a shoulder injury. I have to lift her in and out. The pix. i attached is my arm. The teeth of the cheap zipper has tore my arm up. Do yourself a favor, keep looking. I am going to reach out to Chewy to find out how to return this so I can get one that is better made.

Great jogging stroller

it’s hands down an amazing jogging stroller - it rides smoothly, you can go up and down bumps or curbs with ease, and it can glide into a tight turn easily. The downside is how expensive it is and not knowing if it’s something you can actually use or not until using it. I only took it about two blocks before realizing I can’t use this stroller with my new puppy. It’s just far too sensitive of a stroller and makes jogging extremely difficult in my area. It might work if I stayed in the middle of the street, but the front wheel is so sensitive that every driveway we crossed the stroller would fight to go down it. Of course if I were just walking this wouldn’t be an issue but that’s not the intent of the stroller. Hopefully chewy will take it back and offer it to someone as an open box item but I’ll need to reach out to them and see. Fingers crossed.

Love this so much!

We have a 13 year old dog with bone cancer, and this stroller has been a game changer. She’s completely comfortable in it, and able to get out into the outside world (and its many smells) again. It’s actually even opened up new places for her. She rode the subway for the first time yesterday. It’s great quality and I only wish we purchased it sooner.

I love it!

This jogging stroller is just the thing I needed for my deaf and blind dog. Now we can talk "walks" together and enjoy the outdoors together. I am a very petite woman, and it took me a long time to find a stroller that would work for me and my dog.

Works great in the forest

I bought this for my 14 year old beagle. I love being able to take her out in the woods again. The stroller works really well in the dirt and on gravel. The front and back zippers make it easy to let my dog in either side.

BEST PURCHASE EVER

This stroller has changed our lives completely! We love to hike but do not like to leave our elderly fur babies alone in our RV. With our Petique they can now come with us! We have taken it on the most rugged of trails and although once in a while they have to get out and walk while my husband maneuvers it along a super rugged stretch of ground, altogether it can handle practically all kinds of terrain. It is totally amazing! Last night we went to a super upscale restaurant and we were able to take them in with us since they were contained in the stroller. Our Petique has given us the freedom to do so much more while on vacation.

Stroller Saved Me

Loved this stroller. My older dog is part Beagle so he would rather follow his nose than walk by my side. He likes to wander far from home, then refuses to walk when he is tired or when it's time to go home. I often have to carry him home. I'm 73 and dog weighs 36 pounds. We quit going on walks for a couple of months. Then it occurred to me that a stroller might help. I chose the Petique jogger based on excellent reviews and their online support videos. Pros: The quality is excellent. The large tires roll smoothly. Easy to maneuver due to single front tire, but it takes practice to keep jogger from wiggling all over the sidewalk when dog is walking beside it. Cons: I wished the stroller had more storage for personal items. It can be a struggle to zip my dog inside when he wants to jump out.

So glad I bought this

My dog is only 5 years old, but supremely lazy, and if she walks more than 1-2 miles she tires out and will stubbornly refuse to move further. I'd never know quite how long she'd last on a given day, and then it would be a battle to get her to finish and it would take forever, and then I'd still need to go back out for a longer walk for myself. This stroller has been a godsend. When she gets tired, she lets me know and hops right in. She loves watching out the front and sniffing the air on our longer walks, and it is so maneuverable, that is easy to use on sidewalk or trail.

Great stroller

Bought this for my older pup who still wants to get out, but walks so slowly...it is a smooth ride, easy to push, and easy to fold down. I don't know that she loves it, but she tolerates it. And it allows me to take her on walks with the other dog. If you're looking for a stroller I would definitely recommend!

Comfortable for miles!

I spent hours researching strollers to take my 20 lb terrier mix, long-ish dog on walks and hikes. He's young and healthy but only can walk/hike about 2-3 miles before he wears out. Now I can go 5-6 miles with him and he rides for half of it. I was a little worried that this would be too large since it sits low to the ground (which I've ended up liking much more than higher up seated strollers) but it doesn't feel too big at all. The inflatable tires make it a smooth, comfortable ride for him and for me to push easily over dirt, small rocks, etc. The only drawback was that when it arrived one of the tires would not hold air/had a hole in the tire tube. Chewy's customer service was great but I elected to contact the company that makes the stroller and they sent a new tire out immediately. I didn't want to deduct a star for this as the stroller is great quality and seems like it'll last for a long time. Love the adjustable handle and ease of steering (sometimes with one hand when the pup is not in it). It's pretty easy to pop the tires off and put it in the trunk of my SUV.
