Great shelter for my pup
After a lot of research online and several comparisons, including a handmade house at a yard supply, I settled on this model. Contemporary in style with a tinted clear front, the house was easy to build and only took about an hour. Some of the predrilled holes didn’t line up perfectly, but with a power drill and Philips bit, it wasn’t an issue. I placed an all weather dog bed inside and have the house staged in a 10x6 kennel. My Great Pyrenees puppy is quite comfortable in this set up and enjoys his nap time away from the other dogs. Note I did purchase the larger of the two available.
cheap material
The dog house arrived broken and the wood is cheap. Very disappointed.
Two Paws Up!
Great doghouse! It was easy to put together and the design is perfect for our setting. I much prefer the natural wood to the vast majority of other plastic options available. I recommend using some wood glue during the assembly, for a more sturdy product.

cute but cheaply made
The dog house is obviously a cute modern home but it is very cheaply made. We had to purchase our own screws as the ones that came with the kit were too short to hold it together well. The wood is thin and cracked / chipped in some places. I wouldn’t purchase again with the price but my pup loves it.
Not worth the price tag
Came with a broken leg, and holes were not lined up so one side of the roof in the front overhangs but is short an in the back. It will not hold up in rainy weather as there is no coating on the wood of any kind, and the screws on the roof will most likely cause water to leak through. Overall it was easy enough to put together in about an hour, and it fits the look I was going for, but is definitely not worth almost $300
Modern Look With An Old Funky Smell
This dog house looks great but smells so bad. We had wanted to keep it in the house in the game room for our Ridgeback, but it smells so bad it's going to have to go outside. I hope he will use it, and the smell eventually goes away. I don't know what we can do with it otherwise. I'm very disappointed! I can not recommend this for indoor use. We will see if it works outdoors.
