About High Tech Pet Motorized Power Pet Doors
Automatic Pet Doors
Power Pet doors open and close on their own and feature a translucent door panel made of bullet-proof resin. When your pet approaches, the ultrasonic M5 collar activates the panel and quietly powers it upward. The panel then safely closes into sealed grooves for weatherproof, airtight closure.
Relax and Feel Secure
Relax instead of jumping up every time your cat or dog wants to come in or go out—the ultrasonic collar triggers the door automatically. The fully programmable automatic pet door lets you decide when your pet can come and go, and the deadbolt-locked door panel keeps out critters and intruders.
Designed for Door or Wall Installation
Engineered for performance, design, value and reliability in all weather conditions, Power Pet Doors install easily into either doors or walls. The motorized doors come in two different sizes to accommodate large dogs or smaller pets and feature a translucent sliding door panel made of high-strength acrylic resin. For wall installation, purchase the additional wall tunnel adapter, sold separately.
Sliding Glass Patio Door Inserts
Turn any sliding glass door into a fully automatic pet door with these easy to install, full-height inserts that include an integrated Power Pet Door. Made of high-quality aluminum framing with a durable powder-coated finish, these weatherproof doors feature dual-pane tempered glass to insulate in even the harshest conditions. A spring-loaded top section makes for quick installation and a locking deadbolt helps ensure security.
Collar-Activated Automatic Doors
MS-5 Ultrasonic Transmitter Collar
Each Power Pet door comes with one small, lightweight MS-5 Ultrasonic Transmitter collar that easily adjusts to fit your cat or dog—additional collars can be purchased separately for other pets, too. The collar’s directional sensing system opens the door only when your pet directly approaches.
Added Security and Weatherproofing
After your pet walks through the Power Pet Door, the translucent door panel slides vertically to safely close it with an airtight seal. A deadbolt automatically engages to secure the door and keep out wild animals, neighborhood pets and intruders.
Fast and Easy Installation
Everything is included for door installation or use the optional Wall Tunnel (sold separately) to install in exterior walls.
Dual-Pane Tempered Glass
Our Sliding Glass Patio Door inserts feature high quality aluminum framing and dual-pane, tempered, LOW-E Glass for extra energy efficiency.
Secure Locking Patio Insert
Your sliding glass door Power Pet insert comes with a heavy-duty latch to securely lock the door shut against your existing sliding glass door.
Battery or AC/DC Power
Your Power Pet Door comes complete with a rechargeable battery or you can use the supplied AC/DC plug-in adapter.

After reading the reviews I was super excited about this product then completely disappointed after receiving and trying. I’m having trouble with my 8 month old kitten getting out through dog door and leaving the yard so I bought this hoping to keep her safe inside while dogs can still get in and out through dog door but that didn’t happen. It alarmed like it was supposed to and it’s loud like people say but it didn’t stop my kitten from exiting at all in fact she would sit by the door with the alarm beeping and it didn’t affect her at all. I have 4 cats total and 2 dogs and the alarm didn’t affect any of them. I still have the same issue my kitten is using the dog door as she pleases and it sounds like our fire alarm is constantly going off. Total waste money none of our animal family even cared about the sound. Very disappointed
I had tried a similar collar/boundary barrier unit before with no luck. Tried this anyway because didn't have another option. It works! My cat would constantly "sneak out" with the dogs and then had to hunt him down and chase him to get him back in. First time on, this did the trick! The sensitivity adjustment is very touchy, and one of my dogs collars (leather with decorative conchos) set it off, so I'm guessing its more or less a metal detector. A week in and the cat won't go near the door. I mounted it low in the door frame at his level with some removable 3m velcro.
I credit this product with saving my cat. He is 11 years old and developed a nasty habit of pooping on my rugs daily. I was at my wits end and ready to give him up. I ordered this as a "Hail Mary" and it worked! No more poop on the rugs! He has moved to the tile to let me know when he's upset with me, but that's easy. Annoying, but easy.
I can't see better things about this device. I wish I have discovered this much sooner. The function is amazing. I have a old dog and a new young cat. The cat constantly escape the dog door and we have countless time searching for her. If we close the dog door, the dog would pee inside the house and to a point where our laminated floor started to puff up. This has been a constant battle of when to let the dog out and when to watch the cat.... until this device come into play. This device sits right behind the dog door and the cat wears the sensor. Whenever she get close to the door, it would make a loud beep, enough to scare the cat and she immediate run away. Now we just leave the door open all the time and the dog is, once again, free to go in and out. A month later, there's no one escape so far. The cat would still try once a while, we know this because we heard the beep.
We have one carpeted room and our cat sometimes will sneak a pee there in several different places. There’s no door and a very wide opening so fences and barriers were out. I have tried sprays but you have to use them every single night, it gets old. This did work for quite a while, I’d say we had the system over 6 months and then the collar broke and she went right back to peeing in there. Older cats will do what they want, there’s no training them. So I’m back to purchase another, I don’t know what else to do, nothing else works.
Pro: The collar is very small and lightweight. Others I have tried are way too heavy and cumbersome for a car to wear any length of time. Con: This thing is LOUD. Like, smoke detector loud. Hopefully, our cat is a fast learner. Not sure how long we can tolerate the equivalent of a smoke detector going off every time he gets near it.
