Looks less scary than a slicker brush to a pup and works just as well
By skyler on Jul 9, 2020
My puppy is TERRIFIED of his slicker brush. Was from the first moment he saw it. Not knowing what to do, i turned to this and tonight was the first night he sat calmly while I brushed him. This comb must just look more friendly. And I was just as satisfied with the result, all his tangles after bath time went away!

Best for all the tangles
By Turtle on Jun 27, 2020
Have been using a slicker brush and rake on my mini Aussie, but still have tangles especially around the ears and butt fluff. This, combined with a detangle spray, has made life easier for both of us! Works through the undercoat well and she actually tolerates it better.

Good for home use
By BabyDingo on Apr 8, 2020
As a groomer, I try to test out easy to find and easy to use products for my clients to use at home. This comb has a nice grip for your hand and the teeth are a good length. I don't like how flexible the teeth are but that should not be a problem for regular at-home use.

No more cat fur in my mouth!
By Mealtime on Jun 20, 2019
I love the way this gets rid of Midnight's lose fur. He loves to cuddle on my chest and I got tired of getting his fur in my mouth, this works well helping with the proble.

Love this comb
By Lostlady on Mar 9, 2019
This comb is very easy to hold while grooming. I like the thicker side for holding. I have a golden retriever and comb most every night. The comb is great in keeping the mats from forming and getting them out if they do form. Much better than brushing and our girl loves the combing every night. My groomer recommended a comb over a brush to keep from matting and easier to get to under coat.

Great quality but doesn't grab as much hair.
By CatLady on Jan 4, 2019
I have another comb that I love that I purchased from Chewy, but thought this comb may be a better upgrade. Feels comfortable in your hands and the tips are rounded, cat doesn't mind being combed with this. However, the tines/teeth of the comb are too far spaced apart to effectively grab loose fur. Might be better for dogs with different coat types.

Great steel comb
By happycustomer on Oct 1, 2018
It is sturdy and easy to grip. Great for longer hair around the face in smaller dogs. My groomer recommended a steel comb with fine and medium teeth and this one has them both.

Good, with room for improvement
By sheltergroomer on Sep 13, 2018
Nice feeling comb due to the large 'back', but the tines are too short for a full coated dog. Plus, I don't think the tines are as strong or as polished as the regular Andis comb.
