This broom picks up dog hair better than my vacuum and it’s a good deal easier to use. Don’t know how it works but I love it. I have gone through quite a few vacuums trying to keep ahead of our dog hair problem to no avail. The FURemover zips my hardwood floors clean 1-2-3. And no dragging the vacuum around. We don’t have carpeting so I can’t speak for that.
it’s a no for me, dawg.

I have a Doberman who sheds little tiny fine hairs and a Corgi who is more medium length hair. I tried this on my area rug, which has is a little longer carpet, and bedrooms which is short, firm carpet, and the amount of effort this takes is just too much, in my opinion. I mean, it’s probably worthy to mention I have the upper body strength of a carrot, but besides that point, it still requires a lot of time, effort, and dedication. I didn’t feel like it got much more than my vacuum cleaner does and my vacuum cleaner doesn’t make my arms feel like they’re on fire. If you’re not afraid of putting in some thick elbow grease for little results, this gadget might not be bad for you. Didn’t work for us

We have a Great Pyrenees and had high hopes for this helping with our fur issues on the rug. Does not work as described. Also the little black ring that goes over the middle part where you adjust the length of the broom was cracked when we took it out of the box. That doesn’t really affect the functioning of the broom but it’s disappointing to open a package and find something cracked. We would not buy again.
This product is ok

I bought this product to remove the extra layer of pet hair on my carpet that my vacuum can't seem to pull up. I've seen videos of the amazing job it can do, but so far I haven't had a lot of luck with it. My Bissell crosswave pet pro does a much better job despite how obnoxious it is to clean.
One of the best purchases!

This broom is a must-have for pet owners and also for anyone who lives in a old drafty farmhouse. It not only picks up hair from the pets, but grabs that general dust from everyday living with gravel driveways and farmland. It also squeegees the wooden floors
so fine it picks up particles of dirt that the vacuum misses. Sweep up then suck up the piles with your vacuum.
Not worth the money

I either have a great vacuum or this product is a joke! because for dog and cat hair this broom was useless, and I have 4cats and 2 dogs. I tried it on every rug and hardwood floor I have and it never picked up any hair at all. Maybe it will work for windows or snow outside. I would not recommend spend money for this !

I had one of these years ago and used it all the time in our rv but now I use it to clean snow off my car. I ordered the new one to again use on my floors and furniture. I was surprised to fine one again. It picks up pet hair or anything so easy off the floors . Only thing I wish ... that it came with a dust pan also. I bought one that clips right on the handle. Love that I can use this short or longer handle. It is handy for quick pick ups or complete clean up.
Cannot recommend enough!

I have a NYC apartment with tile floors and area rugs. Since I don't have a huge vacuum, the cat fur gets matted into the rugs as I vacuum. I dragged this broom over the rugs before I vacuumed and it took all of the fur up. ALL OF IT! Fur that's been in the rug for months! I used it on his cat tree and it looks brand new. Blown away.
Not super impressed

I had high hopes for this thing after seeing some of the reviews...But I don’t feel like it really does the trick. I guess it works okay for my longhaired kittie’s hair, but not for my Shepherd mixes shorter hair. I wouldn’t recommend it for short haired creatures.

It works pretty good on hard wood! I got it because I gave a corgi who sheds awfully but it didn’t come packed good at all which made me mad it had holes all in it and looked like it had been dropped out of a plane lol thankfully nothing was wrong with the broom but I definitely think it’s worth the money!:) haven’t tried on carpet yet but plan too
